It certainly very frightning that these things happen this way. Is there nothing that can be done to correct this situation ?
There are by now a sufficient number of people who can get together to do something about these things. Why do these things go on and on like this in the first place ?
We as individuals do not have enough money to fight these abuses on our own. I actually once filed a case against an association and was the looser as the attorney was a dud.
I lost my property and the judge took their side. The propery values plummetted from aroud $ 60,000 to less than $18,000 and I suffered a totol loss of around $ 35, 000.
Things are a little better now but not much. At least the prevailintg party can now get their attorney costs from the association but the culprits in the Association Boards go scot free without paying anything and maybe go and do it again somewhere else ?

I am a Homeowner in an Association and if the Government is in fact helping Lawyers take homeowners money then it is about time we as Seniors make a big change in the House and the Senate and elect people who will help the homeowners of this Country.
