I live in a community with an association.
People are getting charged so much in dues to make-up for the ones that are not paying, including the board and their friends and the ones who are afraid of them.
Are they paying him?

As a homeowner living in a Homeowners Association I would never utilize the services of any company affiliated with the Community Associations Institute or members of any National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Just my opinion.
I don't think third party intervenors (like third wheels) are even necessary for HOA housing.
Let the people do the work of maintaining their own homes. Get rid of the third wheels.

I wouldn't resubmit new legislation to this Governor. It may be time for a ballot initiative. It wouldn't be the first time Californians legislated by referendum.
Or, how about repeal of Davis-Stirling??
In any event we must do something which has a chance of succeeding. I see this Governor as a no-show on this issue.

Kudos to Governor Schwarzenegger for listening to reason rather than hyperbole.
