As a newly elected president to the California State Bar, what is Mr. Van de Kamp going to do about these abusive lawyers who skirt the law and deprive citizens of their legal right to own a home? Is Mr. Van de Kamp going to initiate an investigation into the abuses or is he going to just look the other way and protect these vultures?
I wonder if Mr. Van de Kamp is a Veteran? Does he condone the abuses that Veterans suffer at the hands of the California Department of Veterans Affairs, (CDVA), when they illegally sell clouded properties to Veterans? The lawyers who protect those criminal activities inside CDVA should be disbarred.
Veterans risk their lives and well being to allow these very corrupt attorneys to have the freedoms to exact their dasterdly deeds against those same veterans who believe they should be able to achieve the American dream. When those dreams turn into nightmares, where are the supposed honest attorneys? Again I say that is an oxymoron!
