Tell me this.
As an Attorney for a Home Owners Asociations in Florida , is there any conflict of interest in the following scenario....
Foreclosure proceedings had been in effect for MANY people in this Homeowners Association , for failure to pay dues.....Some of these same people were also behind on their property taxes...
Three men "preyed " on these people waiting for the kill ... ONE of them was the PRESIDENT of the HOA ...the 2 others was the one who PAID the back property taxes...
They succesfully aquired many of these properties...by either the HOA foreclosure or the deliquint HOA dues ...
Now the SAME Attorney handles all the paperwork for these 3 thugs , the same Attorney who origianlly files the foreclosure notices also handles the paperwork for the sales ...is that a conflict of interest ?
Take note The PRESIDENT of the Homeowners Association who NOW has ownership of these properties ...was PRIVY to this information on deliquint taxes due to his presidential status of the HOA....
His thug buddies who own the properties with him would pay the back taxes on the properties ..EITHER Way they had a RING going to basically steal as much property as they could !
In our community when this was going on ..property values had went from 10-12k an acre to 90-125 an acre ...Think they cleaned up ?
The chronilogical events are right at the county court house that can be found right on your own computer at home ... I would love to know if the Attorney has overstepped his bounds or the president of the Homeowner Association in doing these ill deeds ( Deads ) (:()
