I have the case to bust open the condominium fraud by associations,
I have given this info to many people but they ignore it,,, if you are interested in this information, which is 90% available in public records contact me.
This is a possible RICO federal violations.. Jan a Florida advocate is not interested in the information as I have given him the info as far back as 1 year ago, and most recently.. he did not even do a little research to see the fraud.
The presdent/director of a condo. association is using her association attorneys to forclose/liens on owners and than purchasing the condos after the litigation.
Over 12 condos were bought this way between 1995-1998.. in this time the association had 30+ liens and forclosures all under fraudulent activity,
The developer of the old hotel is involved, this developer XXXXX. whos's agent is an attorney named XXXXXXX of Ft. Lauderdale ... along with the officers of the company XXXXX, and XXXXXXX. who is a multi million $$$ development company.
