Sho Bartholomew , producer of the radio show, On The Commons, will have David Kahne as the guest on her show today. David Kahne is the constitutional lawyer who is representing Geneva Kirk Brooks in her fight against the foreclosure scam in Texas. Geneva is the director of Property Rights Foundation, Texas. Geneva has led the campaign against the CAI collection lawyers who are ravaging homeowners with their trumped up foreclosures.
