When I discovered that the builder did not own the land that our subdivision was built on but he did falsify certification to the federal government through the US mail that the properties met the federal standards and then the houses were laundered through state and federal insured loan programs, i.e., FHA/HUD/VA and Cal-Vet, I posted statements on the front of our house.
I also discovered that the military had formally used the property to bury and burn their bio/chemical hazardous waste. We had jet fuel, rocket fuel, TCE, high levels of radiation, phenol, and many more hazardous waste chemicals in our homes. I also posted statements concerning the extreme health hazards.
The County of Sacramento who was and is involved with the developer in the deed washing and many more crimes secured a health and safety inspection warrant and painted the front of my house. A Veterans Advocate who appeared on the scene and stated to the police that the Constitution forbids what they were doing and she was arrested for saying the word Constitution.
The Washington Times wrote the article about the illegal arrest. Sacramento County actually owns the contaminated property but are illegally taxing the homeowners on those 85 lots. A Sacramento Judge ordered that if I disclosed these crimes to anyone then he would put me in jail for an undetermined amount of time. 18 U.S.CODE, section 4 has been violated. This code is a misprision of a felony. Knowing about crimes and refusing to report them is a felony. The judge is owned by the developer.
I have given all of the documents and information to the criminal division of the Treasury Department. PG&E is involved in the crimes because they illegally installed utilities on the land with clouded title and contamination. Many state and federal laws were violated.
Follow the money. Congressman XXXX and state assemblyman XXXX were also involved in the illegal land transactions as well as a title company. If I could put all of the players and crimes into this comment it would take many hours to read it.
The very corrupt XXX sent the CHP and XXXX to throw us our of our contaminated property. I just wouldn't be quiet about being defrauded and poisoned. I took photos of those CHP and the XXXXr epresentative, XXXXX was working with Cal-vet to silence me.
President Reagan said, "Silence is the voice of complicity." So when your representatives are silent on your issues of criminal activity, then they are involved.

Yes, I am preparing right now to file against our board who conspired to have me physcially arrested at our Annual Meeting, for "stalking," They made a citiizen's arrest, and I was taken off in handcuffs and put into a police car while the board and their cohorts applauded.
I need to start with a police report, and then ask for prosecution.
It is in the works.
