Summary: A Complaint from a homeowner: The Sun city Civic Association was established in 1962 by The Del Webb corporation for the benefit of the homeowners. Over the years it has become an albatross for the some homeowners - forcing dues for very little service, harrassing homeowners over any and every little complaint while failing to enforce or interpret CC&R's to protect the residents in favor of absentee investors who build fences of heavy solid plastic that block golf course views. Is this true?: "Fines are rampant Often they amount to hundreds per month. There have been numerous foreclosure's and usually these are of home's belonging to the poorest of the residents or ones in Veteran's Hospitals or nursing homes and for those who have no families to take care of their homes and that have fallen into dis-repair." Who is the lawyer who does the foreclosures and rewriting of CCRs for Sun City?
