Corrupt Judges And the Rent-A-Judge Business


• Judge Sheldon bullies the homeowner judges from the bench, intimidates them, refuses to let them talk, takes his cases "under submission" and next day rules for the moneyed homeowner association lawyers.

• Judge David Chaffee supresses evidence, coaches the homeowners association lawyers, bullies the homeowner lawyers, rshamelessly panders to managers and board members lying on the stand, parrots the lies of the homeowner association lawyers and orders the homeowner to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to to lhomeowner association lawyers and board members lying in his courtroom

• Judge Ramirez et all tell elderly disabled seniors to pay thousands of dollars they do not have to association lawyers and private club owner for a club they are too disabled to use because "the club adds value to their homes" - trailers in the middle of a desolate desert.

• The snoring judge nods and wakes up to slapp to give her homeowner association lawyer $19,000 for lawyers fees to harass and stop a homeowner from babysitting her neighbors kids

• Commissioner Larry Rothman has been relentlessly sued over several homeowner association foreclosures, tells the Register he files 250 foreclosures a month ($750,000 a month layer fee billings) and the Orange County courts use him to be a judge and rule on all types of cases.

• An Orange County POW - MiA widow flies a flag finds herself harassed and sued by her homeowner association and lawyers , is committed into a mental institution just as she is getting ready to go to court todefend herself from a restraining order for "harassing her board", one of many this lawyer files in homeowner associations he "advises", is searched for weapons when she and supporter go to court because the lawyer requests "security" - another repeat tactic by this lawfirm

• A lawyer takes on a case to defend a homeowner against a construction defect lawyer who had among other actions received and spent settlements. The homeowner lawyer was confident of his case find the judge padering to the construction defent lawyers and discussing the wonderful job this lawyer had done enriching him hundreds of thousand of settlement dollars - all without a trial. The lawyer then tell the homeowner, "How can we possible win when the judge is kissing up to the defendant corporate lawyer both in the courtroom and in the hallways.

• An Orange County lawyer spends ten years fighting the homeowenr association lawyer who used hundreds of thousands from Farmers Insurance and homeowner association reserves suing him for double fees after he lost the case in unjust rulings by an anti-homeowner judge. "This judge is lunching, going on Bar Association trips, seminars and junkets and discussing this before and after in the courtroom with this lawyer and always ruling in his favor."

• Texas politicians and chair of HOA hearings pandering to HOA lawyers, golfing and taking donations, and making sure no law is passed to upset the gravy train for the lawyers, judges and politicians. One's wife ruled $19,000 for an HOA lawyer against a homeowner for babysitting neighbor babies.

• Larry Stirling - a lawyer, a lawmaker, a judge, a lobbyist and now running to go back to become a lawmaker in the California Senate was co-author of the California homeowner association laws that created the foreclosure racket. He and his second wife moved out of his homeowners association , refuses to live in one but continues to homeowner associations.

Homeowner have been routinely losing their life savings and homes to such lawyers, judges and politicians. Do you have a judge story to add?

In many of the courtrooms and rental judge arcades, hundreds of homeowners and their lawyers have been stripped of self respect, money, homes and peace by corrupt, ruthless anti-homeowner judges.

Homeowners routinely lose in many courtrooms. Many lawyers tell us that they will not take homeowner cases to trial because many of the judges they face do not follow the law and use their discretionary powers to rule against association homeowners .

Homeowners need to identify and expose these bad judges, publicize their actions, warn the public, and remove corrupt judges from public and public corporations payroll.

Ex-judges, making over $100,000 year are also preying on homeowners in homeowner associations. They move into associations, get on boards, work with CAI lawyers, mastermind frivilous lawsuits against homeowners and convert hundreds of thousands of reserve income into legal fees and work as rental judges with the same CAI lawyers. Many also work as rental and relief jueges in courtrooms.

CAI lawyers have bribed politicians and judges and taken control of our homes and courtrooms.

When you are assigned a judge in a lawsuit:

• Check the AHRC website for information about the judge
• Check the cases he has judged or has been named in courthouses

It is common knowledge that governors appoint judges who have corporate biases and recommended by fellow litigators. The people need to keep each other informed and protect themselves from organized corruption that can occur in courtrooms.

You can help keep America's courtrooms clean by:

• Requiring that court proceedings are video taped or transscribed. Judge Chaffe in Orange County Superior Court would dismiss a transcriber even if he was available using his discrecretionary power requiring a the advance noticing to the court.

• Reporting corrupt judges to the Judiciary Councils and the Presiding Judges in the courtrooms.

• A lawyer reported that Judge Chaffee in the Orange County court was scheming with the insurance lawyers not to have the quadriplegic appear for his jury trial so they would not feel sorry for the victim. Another filed a RICCO suit.

• Larry Rothman sits as presiding judge in courtrooms - report this to the judiciary. He has been sued, for foreclosures numerious times, files 250 foreclosures a month

• Voting out bad judges

• Keeping track of who governors and the President appoints and writing published letters to keep bad judges from being appointed.
