Question & Answer
The homeowners association does not want people who use their vehicles for work parking in the neighborhood

Help! There HAS to be someone that can regulate them

Gwinnett, Georgia -

Help!!! I live in a neighborhood in Gwinnett, Georgia where the Homeowners Association is out of control and I really want to contact someone who can do something - like an attorney or a legislator who is trying to make a change in this area.

I actually have a member of the Architectural Review Board that has come into my yard to FIND things to report. They are about to try to keep those of us who use our vehicles, have signs on them and carry ladders for work purposes (i.e. sattelite installers, home inspectors, etc.) from having our vehicles in the neighborhood.

They believe that we should park them elsewhere and get home somehow.

The local storage units are FULL because of the absurdity of their made up rules.

I just want to find someone that can help us do something! We'll do whatever we have to - but there HAS to be someone that can regulate them!!

They're in a free spin on a power trip and it has truly affected our quality of life. I was actually told that I had to get the type and color of flowers that I wanted to plant approved by the ARB.

Can someone help? Thanks!!!
