Press Release
APPALLING and ATROCIOUS ACTS BY THE CALIFORNIA COURTS

They can, and already have, happened in these United States

April 21, 2008

By Jan Jackson (View author info)

Florissant, Colorado -

A California resident, an attorney, Richard Fine, wrote an article which proposed a new California law/Act, Judicial and Administrative Officers Full Disclosure Law - Proposed Law To Require Justices, Judges and Other Judicial and Administrative Officers to Disclose Conflicts of Interests," that appeared on the American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) web site on April 14, 2008.

While I fully agree with Mr. Fine's intent and purpose of this new Disclosure law/Act, it seems to me that along with attempting to get Mr. Fine's Disclosure law through our own state legislatures, we should know all of the facts around what happened to Mr. Fine himself there in California.

In order for We The People voters to know those facts, would it be possible for Mr. Fine to have someone copy and then post here on AHRC:

(1) the trial transcript wherein his license was taken away from him, and
(2) his brief, in his own defense, to the California Supreme Court?

I know these can be fairly long documents but I believe we homeowners, and the rest of We The People in these United States, should have ALL of the facts and law around what has happened to Mr. Fine before we attempt to try to get his new Disclosure law/Act enacted in each of our states. Why? Because, at least here in Colorado, many of our public officials -- from the top down -- appear to be corrupt to their very cores. They certainly are NOT going to want such disclosures as law in my state or their states.

So, with that in mind, my thought is to concentrate on REMOVING THESE CORRUPT PUBLIC OFFICIALS FROM OFFICE at the same time we're trying to convince our legislators and Governors to enact the new Disclosure law/Act. We homeowners can do that by publicly letting We The People voters in every state know what typically happens to anyone who tries to stand up to the corrupt among us.

Does anyone remember what happened in Nazi Germany? Don't think it cannot happen here. It can. It can happen anywhere that the citizens of a country become complacent and apathetic about the things their governments -- local, state and federal -- are doing.

Let's not let that happen here in our country. Our Founding Fathers gave us a Constitutional Federal Republic when they created our Constitution which gave We The People the power to prevent future governmental leaders from ever getting to the point where such a thing could happen here. And they gave us our Declaration of Independence which provides the backup for that power. Let's use that power peacefully, if we can, and wisely. And let's use it NOW.

UPDATE: Mr. Richard Fine has advised AHRC News Services staff that he will be making all the briefs , including the brief he files with the Federal District Court this week, on AHRC.com. Attached below are what the California State Bar has to say regarding their decision to prevent Mr. Fine from practicing law in California.
