| San Clemente, California - The following suicide report and mushrooming allegations of Judicial Misconduct by California judges were sent to the Los Angeles Times and public officials with a request for investigations.
Dear Los Angeles Times Publisher, Editors, Reporters and Elected Government Officials:
A grieving San Clemente mother reported today that her mentally fragile young daughter subjected to a drawn out fraudulent foreclosure lawsuit by Orange County, California homeowner association foreclosure lawyers and a judge, shot herself after she received notice that the judge ruled to throw her mother out of her family home.
Attached is the the mother's communication and her contact information.
Homeowners trapped in HOAs and hauled into courts and scammed, report that:
• homeowners NEVER receive justice from the judges in the Orange County California Courthouse
• Orange County judges are rewarding homeowner association lawyers with millions in legal fees for committing fraud
• the California State Bar, the Governor, the California State Attorney General, the District Attorney and the California Chief Justice all have refused to investigate reports of fraud, extortion, corruption, racketeering and fraudulent foreclosures by HOA lawyers
• these HOA lawyers belong to the foreclosure lobby trade group Community Associations Institute (CAI) and work in the courtrooms on their cases as Court Commissioners,Pro-tem judges, Judges, and also as Private Rental Judges charging HOA victims $500 an hour
• the California governor and politicians take millions in donations from CAI foreclosure lawyers and vendors and pass laws that facilitate liens and foreclosures for HOA lawyers' fees
• while homeowners are reeling in a flood of lawsuits and fraudulent foreclosures, lack of health, education and other basic public services, their taxes are funneled to build palatial courthouses and employ hundreds of foreclosure lawyers to work as judges and support staff to service the litigation floods these lawyers generate.
• CAI foreclosure lawyers and vendors finance the campaigns, junkets and seminars of Orange County judges
We ask both the media and the government officials to look into these allegations of Legislative and Judicial Misconduct and Due Process Violations by the judges in the California Courtrooms.

This is just one of a flood of horror stories from the Orange County , California Courtrooms where courtroom shakedowns, fraudulent levies, vindictive, million dollar lawyer fee judgments to lawyers who commit fraud , and fraudulent foreclosures are routine. Jim Troutman committed suicide in September 1994 after his HOA lawyers mired him into a series of lawsuits to prevent his wife, a government auditor, from serving on the board after the homeowners elected her. .... The judge had a trial without my presence or notice, and gave the judgement to MY daughter, Shawna Beardslee, 37 years old. She committed suicide upon receiving the notice of judgment from the court,
Shawna killed herself before learning that the court overturned the judgment and cancelation of my 30 year lease with this ruthless HOA at Palm Beach Park, San Clemente, California. YOu may publish this at will.
