Jim Troutman committed suicide in September 1994 after his HOA lawyers mired him into a series of lawsuits to prevent his wife, a government auditor, from serving on the board after the homeowners elected her. .... MY daughter, Shawna Beardslee, 37 years old, committed suicide upon receiving the notice of judgment from the court,
Shawna killed herself before learning that the court overturned the judgment and cancel of my 30 year lease with these ruthless HOA at Palm Beach Park, San Clemente, California. YOu may publish this at will.

PLEASE CALL ME, I JUST RECEIVED A DISMISSAL OF MY HOA UNLAWFUL,UNLAWFUL DETAINER DEFAULT JUDGMENT, WHERE THE JUDGE HAD A TRIAL WITHOUT MY PRESENCE OR NOTICE, GAVE THE JUDGMENT, LAGUNA HILLS COURT, AND ONLY AFTER THREE REQUESTS FOR RECONDERATIONS, AND MUCH MONEY AND GRIEF, THE JUDGE HAD TO CONCEED IMPROPER SERVICE, NO NOTICE, MY 30 YEAR LEASE, HE PREVIOUSLY TERMINATED WITHOUT CAUSE, AND HAD TO REINSTATE IT, AFTER I PROVED RENT WAS NEVER LIED, HOA ATTORNEYS STANLEY FELDSOTT, GREGORY LEW, AND OTHERS LIED, PARK PRES. JEAN WILEY WHO VOTED HERSELF INTO THE PRESIDENCY AT PALM B EACH PARK ASSOC, S. CLEMENTE, CA, ALL LIED, LIED. LIED.
IF YOU WANT AN EMAIL OF OUR COURT FILINGS, SAY THE WORD, THESE PEOPLE MAKE HITLER LOOK LIKE MOTHER TERESA, RUTHLESS, GREEDY, HORRIBLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN COURT.
JUDGE SAID THE PARK ATTYS HAD " UNCLEAN HANDS" BAD FAITH", THE FELDSOTT AND LEE LAWFIRM, FABRICATED LATE NOTICES, HELD FIVE MOS OF RENTS AND SAID THEY WERE NOT PAID, AFTER MY BANK SENT THEM AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FOR OVER TWO YEARS, ALWAYS ON TIME.
THE PARK SEWER EXPLODED IN MY YARD, FLOODED MY ENTIRE TRIPLE WIDE HOME UNDERNEATH AND BRICK YARD WITH 5 INCHES OF RAW SEWAGE. I REPORTED THEM TO HEALTH DEPT, MAYOR , OTHERS, THEY RETALIATED, REFUSED TO CLEAN UP THE HUMAN WASTE ALL OVER MY YARD,. I GOT HYPLORIC BACTERIA, TWO HOSP VISITS, MAJOR SUR....
