I am unable to attend the meeting in Austin since I am receiving treatment in the world's finest facility. All your prayers are being answered because my heart and veins are holding up to the massive chemotherapy.
I am pleased that there will be a discussion of my case vs. Northglen at the May 28th homeowners meeting in Austin. I have asked David Kahne to request that all homeowner problems must be filed in Justice of Peace Courts so owners can represent themselves and that homeowner associations attorney must be limited in their fees to no more than $1,500 and in the terrible event a home is foreclosed that it must be sold at fair market value and after paying the fee and mortgage, the balance received must be paid to the owner. WE MUST STOP THE LEGAL TYRANNY OF THE HOME FORECLOSURE RACKET.
IMPORTANT: I have already engaged David Kahne and have made arrangements for an appeal to the Supreme Court to get Inwood vs. Harris and some elements of the Texas Property Code declared unconstitutional. We must all join together to show the nation that the line has been drawn in the sand here in Houston against legal tyranny.
Texas has the highest rate of lawyers per capita than any other place in the world. We must eliminate this danger to our freedoms, our properties and our rights.
