To file a complaint against Homeowner Association related insurance brokers, agents, managers and lawyers send a web complaint to :
John Garamendi - California Department of Insurance - Commissioner
The sooner the better. The Department of Insurance has had numerous complaints regarding Homeowner Association insurance policies, brokers, agents , lawyers and managers.
The more complaints they receive the better! We have heard they are looking into these.
Send it in amd cc your complaint to the California Attorney Generals office. and the California Senate Insurance Committee - Jackie Speier and her chief Insuranc committee consultant Brian Perkins. |
