San Diego, California -

Fox 6 News in San Diego has announced that it will show the tape of homeowner complaints about homeowner associations and their lawyers at 10p.m.(PST) Sunday, February 22.2004

The tape was shot at a gathering of homeowners in San Diego County a few weeks ago. The owner of the home where the meeting took place called the Sheriff's Department to station a deputy outside her home in case the homeowner association lawyers, Michael Kim and David Peters of Peters & Freedman attempted to gate crash the meeting.

The meeting was organized by Jim Galley, who is running for the Republican nomination in the 39th. Senate district in San Diego. His main opponent is Larry Stirling, the co-author of the Davis Stirling Act. Many homeowners in California regard this Act as the cause of many foreclosures and extortions in homeowner associations.

Galley has worked tirelessly to rally homeowners to defeat Stirling. Galley has promised to repeal the Davis Stirling Act if he is elected. Nobody else has expressed such strong support for homeowners.

If you wish to support Mr. Galley, there are two ways to do so.
