Press Release
AHRC NEWS SERVICES REACHES ONE MILLION MARK

SIGN OF EXPLOSIVE GROWTH OF INTEREST IN HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION NEWS

January 13, 2004

By Peter Amherst

San Juan Capistrano, California -

Yesterday, January 12, 2004 AHRC reached a historic milestone. Based on average monthly totals, the AHRC website is now receiving more than 1 million hits a month.

The site is now used not only by homeowners, but by many newspapers and television stations, legislators and other government officials, as a source of news and history of homeowner associations. The hits come not only from all around the U.S., but also from more than 70 countries.

Its willingness to expose corruption without fear or favor has earned AHRC a reputation of not being beholden to any special interest.

AHRC will continue to expose the powerful forces that seek to undermine the home. It will continue to focus the public spotlight on CAI and all the corrupt politicians with which it does business.

As the information that homeowners contributes to AHRC is invaluable to this mission, AHRC asks all homeowners to continue sending in that information.

Yesterday would have been the 93rd. birthday of the father of the publisher of AHRC, Elizabeth McMahon. He died on December 23. Knowing his great sense of justice, he is probably smiling that AHRC has reached the one million mark.

An Update

In August 2004 , AHRC News Services reached 1.9 million hits a month.
