It is time for homeowners to sharpen their teeth, and Myrland's Methods present what may very well be the best approach and remedy. Here is an example of how a judge engaged in criminal activites against a defendant, and what the defendant did to the judge.

We need the United States Grand Jury to indict Community Associations Institute (CAI) for the same reasons as the ENRON executives, along with their useful prostitutes in every vein and of every kind, for all the fraud, deceit, corrupt practices, constitutional violations, and collusion that has characterized the entire Common Interest Development industry and the maggots feeding on their flesh! What will it take for someone to finally realize that the constitution guarantees everyone accused of a federal crime, an indictment by grand jury!!! Why do we hesitate to guarantee the perps their constitutional right! What does it take to engage a criminal lawyer or lawfirm to help us write a scathing and complete request for a grand jury to convene to hear the entire case and its causes celebre that are eloquently revealed and reviewed on AHRC.com. What more do we NEED!

A California resident, an attorney, Richard Fine, has proposed a new California law/Act, "Judicial and Administrative Officers Full Disclosure Law - Proposed Law To Require Justices, Judges and Other Judicial and Administrative Officers to Disclose Conflicts of Interests." We The People in every state in these United States no doubt fully agree with Mr. Fine's intent and purpose of this new Disclosure law/Act. Let's all act in concert with him and work hard to pass this new law/Act in each of our own states.

What would you do if you and your husband were in the middle of fighting the good fight against the tyranny of your homeowners association, when your husband was suddenly hospitalized, and during his hospitalization, your homeowners association's CAI lawyer got a judge to summon your husband to court to pay the CAI lawyer a $5,000 sanction -- when the CAI lawyer knew full well that your husband could not attend his deposition because he was in the hospital?

We won one against my HOA and its Community Associations Institute (CAI) lawyer !!! Reference: Court Order regarding "Motion For Additional Attorney Fees in Connection with the Hearing On the Original Motion to Award Attorney Fees" Basically, my HOA's CAI attorney had asked our District Court in Cripple Creek (Colorado) for thousands of dollars in attorneys' fees which had to do, with my HOA's recent libel claim against me and its resultant several days of court Hearings. The Judge in the District Court denied that request by my HOA, awarding it only three hundred and twelve dollars ($312). Readers here will be able to read the details of that court order as soon as I can get it online and into the public media.

The "Davis-Stirling Act," mentioned in the American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) editorial , "HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION BILL 1921 SHATTERS AMERICAN DREAM! - The California Legislature Should Abandon Assembly Bill 1921 (Saldana) - March 31, 2008 - By Donie Vanitzian - Sacramento, California, is California's legislative Act which is composed of many dictatorial homeowners association (HOA) laws which are very similar to Colorado's ecologically and financially destructive-to-homeowners Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) laws/statutes.

The power of the homeowner voice received fresh confirmation today when their self-publishing website was named #1 for homeowner associations. This singular honor is due in no small measure to the tireless efforts of countless homeowners around the country who refuse to let their voices be squelched.
Some members in the "industry" - especially some CAI lawyers - would love to see the website shut down and shut up. But they had not reckoned with the indomitable spirit of homeowners. A home is not just an economic commodity. It is part and parcel of the fabric of ones being.
AHRC urges all its members to keep on writing. Write makes right.
The website ranking AHRC is: http://www.googlerankings.com/index.php

Homeowners report fraud by homeowner association lawyers, managers and board members

Many homeowner association owners have been reporting fraud by lawyers, managers and board members. Insurance fraud is one of the major areas of fraud. Managers and board members file false information on insurance application forms and lawyers file fraudulent claims. They then milk the reserves and insurance policy millions that you pay for to finace lawyers and managers to fight in the courtrooms to hide the books and records so the fraud is not exposed. If you believe you have been the victim of a fraud, the New Jesey Attorney General Peter Harvey say he wants to hear from you.

Jim Battin, California state senator for Desert Hot Springs, is in hot water with homeowners.
In Desert Crest, a 577 plus trailer park retirement community located in his district, elderly homeowners - some in their 80's and 90's - have been battling the developer and his homeowner association in court for years. Some have even died in the process. One homeowner recently reported that two nephrologists had told him that the projected time for him to go on kidney dialysis had been reduced from five years to one year. He says that it is the stress of all the lawsuits that is causing this.
