• Case - every case number involving due process violations
• Caption - Who v. Who
• Venue - Court/Body/Entity (ie Cobb County Superior Court; IRS) - Federal/State/Superior
• Judge - Judge Name
• Type - Criminal or Civil
• Date - Order or Action
• Issue - What was the Due Process Violation - Need every occurrence
