SUMMARY OF HOMEOWNERS ENDURING DUE PROCESS VIOLATIONS OF LAW

To include your cases in the summary to the U S Judiciary Committees, please email or fax the information by Saturday

All homeowners and others who suffered "Due Process" Violations and would like to have your cases included in the summary we are compiling to deliver to Representative John Conyers - Chair - House Judiciary Committee - U S Congress and Senator Patrick Leahy - - Chair - U S Senate Judiciary Committee , could you please email or fax the information to AHRC by Saturday April 21, 2007.

Case - every case number involving due process violations
Caption - Who v. Who
Venue - Court/Body/Entity (ie Cobb County Superior Court; IRS) - Federal/State/Superior
Judge - Judge Name
Type - Criminal or Civil
Date - Order or Action
Issue - What was the Due Process Violation - Need every occurrence
