| Lawrenceville, Georgia - I was in the legal profession for over twenty-five(25) years and saw first hand the illegal political games the judges in the State of Georgia play to gain notice and promote their views.
I always thought that a judge was supposed to be impartial to a matter until he/she had heard all the facts of the matter; however when it comes to homeowner associations their decision is predisposed. They always rule in favor of the board of directors and against the homeowner.
I suspect Judge Adele Grubbs is not the only Judge in Georgia who has violated her oath of office.
Until we get strength in numbers and start exposing these judges for what they are, things will remaim the same.
If we organize and get 1/2 or 2/3 of homeowners to sit down and write letters like this, we do not stand a chance. Another idea is to hold a march at the State Capitol, sending a message to our representatives, judges and the governor of the State, it is time that the people who serve on the Board of Directors for personal gain must be stopped and the decision of what to do with one's land if left to us the landowner or homeowner.
This country will continue to forget the average homeowner and will permit the board of directors and the judges tule and take our homes away from us.
