San Diego, California -

Dear Homeowners:

Many of you have seen the Video link on my web site about Homeowner Associations and the problems many of you have.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW FOX 6 NEWS REPORT ON SAN DIEGO HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION FORECLOSURES AND LAWSUITS

Below is a message I received the other night. Believe it or not some of us Candidates believe in the basic premise of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, that includes your rights as homeowners not to be intimidated or have your property taken without due course of law using non-judicial foreclosures, and eminent domain rights.

Please feel free to contact me as we need to band together and meet with the press to bring these massive problem to public light and to be able to change the laws that take away our basic rights,

As a congressional candidate I feel we should attack this problem at the federal level and stop the politicians that get in bed with lobbyists and take away our rights and profit from these ill written laws.

Jim Galley
Candidate for the California 51st Congressional District

Original Message from a homeowner

Yes I read that you would like to hear about homeowner problems , My name is Kurt I live in Mission Valley and I am disabled, well I am being put through hell with my Homeowner Association people .

I am being put through the ringer here, Fined for things that I have nothing to do with. They are forcing me to move, I am under so much stress I have to take medications.

If you are interested you can reach me at XXX-XXX-XXXX my e-mail is NOT RELEASED I am sure there is more than me who is having problems. One lady who was also disabled was forced to move. Well if your interested get back. And if you get my mom on the phone just give her a run down it's about homeowners.

My reply

Kurt, I talked to your mother tonight, I will give you a call tomorrow after 4pm. Please check the AHRC.COM web site for information and attorneys that help homeowners with HOA's,

Sincerely
Jim Galley

Thank you so much. My life has been a living hell here. None of this stuff is true.

For one thing they said I was letting my dog run around without a leash, But I don't think they know my dog is blind, and has to be led around.

And it got really bad when the guy that works here found out that I was fixing the place up to sell.

He came to my door and told me not to fix it up, just sell it to him cheap.

Well the way he said it was what got me. He talked to me like I was a retard.

Well after that day its been the rumor that I have been tearing out walls and doing a big construction job in here. None of it is true.

I put down some tile and painted the living room, well the only construction I did was put a shelf up four feet long on the wall for my clock. I am getting fined for nothing.

And now my credit is shot because of these guys. I was turned down for a loan a few hours ago all because of Howerton management.

And the other day I got a noticed they have put a lien on my property. I feel like a prisoner in here I won't even go out until it is dark.

The thing that gets me is when they dig the trash, and look over fences with a ladder.

They ran out a lady down the way from me who was handicapped I felt sorry for her. They got her about her wheel chair being out side her door,

Now I read about the scams homeowners are doing It starting to make sense of what there pulling.

Well I am looking forward to hear from you tomorrow. Thank you so much.

Curtis
