State Attorney Generals' Offices do nothing to help defrauded homeowners
And going to court against a homeowners association. would be suicidal

| Irvine, California - The California, Washington and the Texas Attorney Gneral's offices are not unlike many other Attorney General's offices across the country who do next to nothing to help homeowner association homeowners who have been defrauded.
How nice (insert sarcasm) of these attorney general's offices to refer homeowner association homeowners to their fellow lawyer brethren, sending them right into the homeowner association litigation vortex and potentially causing them to risk everything they have ever worked for and to maybe end up homeless on the street.
Homeowners who live in homeowner associations and who need assistance are stuck in a twilight zone of fingers pointing every which way but the right way. They all lead to increased risk, liability, costs, and stress.
I would NEVER go to court up against an homeowners association. That would be suicidal.
I would pack my bags and move. Never look back and NEVER live in another homeowners association ever again. I would rather own a shack on an acre and would welcome a pink polka dot house next door. |
