It is time to rock and roll!!

The Texas new congressional session is here!

January 08, 2003

Houston, Texas -

Many of us have sat back in our usual relaxed position in the comfort of our homes and left the work of making changes to our neighbors. When this 2003 legislative session is over, the result of your sitting back and doing nothing will be reflected in the new laws that we have.

It is not too late to do something about protecting your homestead from foreclosure. It requires less than ten minutes of your time. You need only email, call, write or fax a response to Sen. Lindsay's request for basically what you want the legislators to do about your property rights.

Are you against homeowner association (HOA)and property owner association (POA) homestead foreclosures?

Now is the time to tell your legislators.

Do yourself a favor--it is time to rock and roll!! Have your voice heard by your the lawmakers you elected!!

Sen. Jon Lindsay is chairing the committee that is working on HOA/POA laws.

You can email him at: :ROB.EDWARDS@senate.state.tx.us
