Hypnotized by the CAI rhetoric - unknowingly conscripted into a Fascist form of Government - millions captured and forced to drink the CAI cool aid

Swallow the rhetoric, send in your dues payments, obey your oppressors

The masses, including most of our legislators, have been hypnotized by the CAI's Fascist rhetoric for nearly 3 decades. The CAI's purpose is to continue serving their poison cool aid and control the minds of all who will listen to and obey the Mandated Association Doctrine.

Slick managers and lawyers continue to preach the fallacy that homeowners want these liberty sucking parasites to oversee our detached family homesteads, and micro-manage every private interest in the maintenance of our houses. As if the city permitting process isn't good enough, the CAI says that we WANT to ask the Gestapo chief permission to make basic improvements. What recourse does a homeonwer have if the HOA nazi decides to deny the typical application for a fence? Official oppression by HOA authorities isn't investigated by the DA, "that's a private contract matter that you must take up at your own expense". The CAI expects our legislators to believe that we WANT this "service"??

Dear legislators: This rattlesnake is coiled and sounding the alarm. HEED THE WARNING.

The management concepts now being forced upon all consumer housing purchasers applied to condominiums once upon a time. But now, the CAI has promulgated this managed property concept onto ALL new detached family parcels, which is the subject here. The life of condo isn't my cup of tea, that's why I've always lived in a detatched family home. These bastions of private property once represented the cradle of American Liberty, but the CAI has invaded this private space with a Nazi Block Captain mentality.

In testimony as recent as Feb 21, 2005 in Austin, the CAI's lobbyists proclaimed that we WANT them to have the power to foreclose on our homesteads, and they lied to the legislators about "representing" homeowners. They do not represent homeowners, they simply manage the HOAs where the homeowners live. THIS is a very dangerous thing to do - treating Americans as if they are prisoners in a Nazi prison camp, and then telling the legislators that the homeowners love this "management" of their lives. They claim that we surrendered our constitutional rights when we "agreed" to an unconscionable adhesion contract that was written by the CAI in collusion with the big developers.

We DO NOT like it, and we did NOT agree to surrender our Constitutional Rights to a Republican form of Government (See article 1 section 2 of the Texas Constitution) in exchange for a Tract house. We purchased a consumer product - a house. To convert these cracker-boxes into homes takes hard work, sweat and lots of love. The CAI's interests are rooted in the precious dollars that management fee contracts. These contracts automatically renew as long as the association's color of authority is perpetuated. This is done thru careful selection of board members who drink the CAI cool aid. These Management firms are very good at keeping a tight control on who enters into the circle of influence in each community's "leadership" - and they by carefully manage "elections" to that end.

The dawn is breaking on a new day. Treating your neighbors like prisoners, and suppressing democratic principles will no longer be tolerated. The evil acts of the CAI's agents and managers have poisoned the well. Our legislators are waking up to this reality and no longer drink from the CAI's punchbowl.

Those of you who abuse the color of authority - sleep with one eye open. Snakebite comes in in less than a heartbeat. When reality sinks in that you have become the most hated business entities ever to do business in Texas, the cure shall be injected. SHAME ON YOU! NOW GIT OUT OF OUR LIVES.

Welcome to the new world order - where Democracy reigns supreme. In the future, your color of authority will be renewed by a mandatory 51% approval (out of 100% of all "members") to get a "MANDATORY" NON-PROFIT MEMBERSHIP charter renewed. You've used the manufactured consent of the developer's sales contract to suck the liberty out of our American Dream, now suffer the poison of the outraged citizens like me. Welcome to the new world order where the color of authority is OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE - in a MANDATED renewal process.

I look forward to a future where Americans honor the principles of democracy in thier homeland. We are either going to adopt a democratic renewal process, or we are destined to be labeled a bunch of hypocrites. What are you? IF you don't want to do it the democratic way, fine. I'll rally the masses to deal with this Fascist invasion the way our forefathers dealt with the Nazis. YOUR CHOICE, my captors. TICK TOCK.
