California is presently cash and income strapped to the tune of at least $14.5 billion dollars with proposed cuts to be made in every State Department. Keeping that in mind, nothing is laudable or applaudable about Assemblyperson Saldana's Assembly Bill 1921, just as nothing is commendable about the countless "paid" hours expended by the California Law Revision Commission in bastardizing the Davis-Stirling Act.

When Homeowner Association homeowners go up against HOA Board members in protest of any issue - they are often the underdogs in being able to get information out to the rest of the homeowners.
The HOA board, on the other hand, has access to all of the HOA dues to send out their propaganda mailers, flyers, and newsletters and with the support of the HOA's lawyers, of course. The protesting homeowner(s) are often left having to fund their fight out of their own pockets, in addition to funding the HOA board's agenda through their HOA dues. However - homeowner's do have the internet and often utilize it as a cost effective means of communicating amongst themselves to discuss their concerns - and so they should!

I am telling on any of them I find that is unjust, unrighteous, and unfair and that are stealing from our government, our communities, our families, and from the general public. I am a reporter; I report what is in the dark and expose it to the light. I report real news and not half-truths. I write it down, and make it plain. I cannot be bought by money, and I have to be confident and courageous, even if it means my life, they cannot get away with what they do to us, the middle-class, the low-income and the no-income. It's hard to be a snitch...but I'm telling

My name is Wendy Clardy, a leader, and coordinator of AHRC Homeowners for Barack Obama. On February 22, 2008, I was invited by the Clintons and Columbus State Community College (CSCC) to attend her campaign. Hillary came to CSCC to hear our concerns here in Columbus, Ohio about the employment, insurance, economic and housing failures that exist in Columbus. I was asked to appear, among others that were invited to tell our testimonies at Hillary Clinton's campaign. I was told I was selected by Bill Clinton.

Whatever happened to our Government ever saying these words of acknowledgements to the citizens of the United States? The middle-class, the entry level citizens and the poor have been stolen from, beat, murdered, displaced, put in jail, and "ripped' apart from their families, by uninterrupted, controlling of some of our government officials, under some of our successive presidents, including some of our lawyers, judges, and representatives, that have had hidden agenda's and self-interests."

The world has just been victimized with the super-crime by the super power. The financial gurus of Wall Street and Washington knew that when they securitized the subprime mortgages, the day would inevitably come when those homeowners would be unable to pay the mortgages that suddenly ballooned way beyond their meagre budgets. Then those pieces of paper that investors had purchased for billions would suddenly turn to dust. But all those who were on the subprime gravy train had already laughed all their way to the bank, and faded into obscurity. The world cannot have peace and stability if global criminals achieve sanctuary through outmoded institutions and procedures. If the bushman of the past committed a crime, it was local. When the Bushmen of the present do so, it is global.

Darn it, the Clintons are up to their usual tricks and pranks again. This time, Hillary wants a piece of Obama's campaign in a cruel way, by stating that Obama is copying off other peoples' words, and not giving credit to the originator of those words. While in Wisconsin, Obama, in a speech, states a couple of words of inspiration that belonged to Deval Patrick, and Dr. Martin Luther King. Obama goes on to state that even Hillary, has used his words to pump up her campaign, for example, "fired up and ready to go."

Who have been rejected and considered an outcast in America? Who have been down trodden, and oppressed because the rich say you are a nothing? What has caused the rich to turn their backs on the majority that has voted and elected them to be in offices to handle our affairs? And they have the audacity to leave us behind!

Truly, this is a moment in history that will never be forgotten. Obama is unveiled; he is a wax figure of promise as president behind the desk in the oval room. There is a video to his tribute, and he is not by himself in this model White House Oval Room at Madame Tussauds Washington wax museum. With him are former presidential occupants, Bill and Hillary Clinton and John F, and Jackie Kennedy. It speaks volumes not only about the kind of campaign we're running, but also about how we want politics to be.

If we listen to what the presidential candidates say, we will be transported into lands of bliss. Yet we listened to past presidential candidates, and where are we? Our economy is in a shambles. More and more American workers face a bleak future as their jobs go overseas. America is drowning in red ink, as we borrow more and more from overseas. We are mired in a war that we cannot win, and borrow $10 billion a month to keep fighting. Five soldiers a day on average commit suicide because of the war. At Hillary Clinton's rallies in California , she has had on the stage with her or speaking to the media for her, many of those who have wreaked havoc on homeowners in homeowner associations and created foreclosures- Gray Davis, John Garamendi, Willie Brown, Homeowners cannot expect her to be their friend if she gets elected.,,,For the above reasons - and many more that space does not allow - AHRC endorses Barack Obama to be president. His actions have been consistent with his words. He has not been co-opted by the special interests. His clarity of mind sees beyond the divisive categories of the past. Of all the candidates, he is the only one that seems equipped to lead us into the future. A vote for anybody else is a vote for the past.

"Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves." Abraham Lincoln

Erased by the legislative powers that be,
Who have refused their assent to apply the law
Wholesome and necessary for the public good of all.
