CAI and CIA Interests Continue Assaults

Atlanta, Georgia - When the number one property website for home owners (AHRC) is viciously attacked, why would the service provider, NOT want to immediately afford computer forensics to demonstrate corporate accountability for data mandated to be protected by the SOX Act (federal mandates)? Maybe, because a simple communication blackout was more profitable, than any investigation mandated by law! In this CSI episode, 'Horatio' might even provide his signature phrase, "If I find out you did this, I will get you!" because strange as it must seem, US LEC did NOT even want to know, much less allow anyone else that consideration!
On January 19th, 2007, every property owner's INDEPENDENT source for public information and publication was temporarily silenced. As you might imagine, for members of the various BARs, CAI, and Judiciary, involved in political corruption, judicial misconduct, and inappropriate land deals, working to deny every American property owner rights, there was quite a roar of satisfaction in this limited success. AHRC, a publishing source for ALL homeowner issues, was taken down with a number of conflicting assertions by the very vendor paid to provide hardware support, US LEC (a Charlotte, NC based corporation, like so many banks emerging from continuing consolidations). And the timing of the attack, came in the midst of a debt laden 1.3B acquisition, with a well known host of interested parties, (See Merger Team Ties).
It seems according to published articles and documents, US LEC was not a healthy, viable, or profitable company in recent years, losing millions rapidly. And with failing financials, one with sound business acumen would not anticipate US LEC would be a prime acquisition target by Paetec, featured in a US Chamber of Commerce May/June 2006 write up. But leave it to a band of notorious and related interests, and even the SEC to overlook the heavily debt laden transaction, they had previously stalled.
You see, AHRC went down on January 19th, 2007, yet US LEC types, Scott Arnold and Dan Keelan, were unable to identify why or from where, the server had been taken down, as initially US LEC stated, yet specifically informed more than AHRC was affected in the assault. But conveniently the telltale System Logs had been wiped clean, leaving no individual or corporate finger prints. Now, you might imagine with a corporate merger yielding $1.3B in the offing, US LEC with an unbelievable debt load ($7.6M in 2Q, $8.9M the year prior), would truly fear such a willful and obvious crime being furthered without compliance to reporting the incident or any semblance of accountability, in accordance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act, (SOX - a federal mandate in the wake of Enron et al).
But the company maintained their refusal to identify any basic questions, and instead created a separate drive provided to AHRC without ever restoring the data to the originating drive or location, upon which forensics should have been immediately completed. The REFUSAL to restore the data and provide critical software status accounting, was unimaginable from any provider or computer professional. Yet, US LEC despite their negligence regarding the attack upon AHRC Data, continued to seemingly succeed with regard to financial performance. Why this company despite the demonstrated disregard for customer support, accountability, or satisfaction, has miraculously been able to sustain their market position, despite horrific debt load, and demonstrated customer irresponsibility, when other more prominent dot coms have long since bit the dust, certainly is telling.
In fact, company reps refuse to complete status accounting or forensics, based upon their "obligation to our other clients." What? What clients or interests would be benefited by non performance or a lack of professional standards? And the company informed changes, intruders, or alteration specifications, would [purposefully] not be included in the drive image provided AHRC, followed by the audacious request for a new contract to be signed with US LEC. This ludicrous mandate and ultimately, even direct request made of Arunas Paetec Chairman and CEO of PAETEC Communications, and Tan Ganatra Head of US LEC, yielded NOT one credible detail to resolve the identity from which the assault originated, that US LEC had at a minimum, allowed or failed to thwart.
And to add insult to injury, AHRC would soon learn, there were no other customers affected by their data destruction, as initially and previously stated by US LEC Employees. In FACT, ONLY AHRC had suffered losses, which came to light, in direct opposition to initial company statements regarding other customer damage or considerations, following repeated and specific requests to notify the appropriate authorities.
MERGER TEAM TIES
Beyond the multiple excuses, refusal to report internet hacking, lack of investigation regarding willful theft, and NO corporate accountability, the pending acquisition between US LEC and Paetec, involved a merger team quite notable, which seemed telling in this reporter's humble opinion. Given the dichotomy of a stellar acquisition despite overwhelming debt, yet a "customer oriented" mandate from Paetec CEO Chesonis, in the face of a willful and total annihilation of the AHRC drive, one can only imagine why a merger frowned upon by federal government regulators initially, would be ultimately and subsequently successful.
Beyond the demonstrated lack of customer oriented support, the merger between US LEC and Paetec, involves some noteworthy characters combined to absorb the massive debt load for both corporations. The involved players and their roles in the questionable Paetec Acquisition are as follows: Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (DBS), who agreed to a settlement arising from SEC concerns on August 26, 2004, to the tune of $175M in a published press release by the Kansas Securities Commissioner, acting as a financial advisor, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, acting as legal advisors, whose ties to the CIA and England are noteworthy), while Merrill Lynch & Co. along with The Blackstone Group (a recent merger between the 2 a much larger and historically significant story of interest in and of itself), are acting as financial advisors. Beyond the aforementioned, CIT Group, Inc. will finance $850M, (CIT, a subsidiary of Tyco, divested during the Kozlowski/Swartz/Belnick Trials for epic misappropriations of Tyco millions, and the most excessive and intricate allegations of white collar crime, along with ties to BCCI, the CIA banking front with Atlanta ties, involved in the Iran/Contra Affair, trafficking, and the ownership of First American Bank in Washington, first disclosed to Senator Kerry upon written request though Federal Reserve Counsel were not aware the CIA, Treasury, State Department, and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency had possessed this information dating back to 1986 and never conveyed same to the Federal Reserve. Yet Paulsen wants the Federal Reserve to regulate our monetary systems and organizations! Even former CIA assistant director Robert Gates, referred to BCCI as "the Bank of Crooks and Criminals.".(See attchment below). For those not familiar with Merrill Lynch's strong global real estate interests, strengthened and exponentially furthered by corporate relocations, and other downsizing or consolidation efforts, the merger with the Blackstone Group closed on February 9th, 2007, created the largest private equity buyout in history! Merrill Lynch's Jeff Kronthal in speaking of the merger with Blackstone, defines the big picture or goal as, "to more fully leverage Merrill Lynch's strong real estate franchise." While Thomas Saylak of Blackstone, one of the largest and most successful real estate managers globally, along with "partners created four real estate investment partnerships no more than $4B in total equity and completed over $13B in real estate investments, financings, and restructurings." So why would these powerful and in some instances notorious interests want to underwrite a merger drowning in debt with little or no regard for corporate performance or competence, well that's an interesting question! But is there really a question, when these companies have gained excessive wealth resulting from foreclosures and relocations, AHRC is reporting or disclosing the origins and sources of?
Yes, relocation of families, liens, HOAs, blighting, commercial rate fluctuations, or private governments in control of ALL property, via non judicial foreclosures or just OUTRIGHT FRAUD, coupled with the denial of property rights and the silencing of willful crimes against United States Citizens in a rampant and ever escalating fashion, creates big business, an ongoing revenue stream, and undeniably generates billions for even the most desperate of corporate interests or mergers, quite apparently.
President of Paetec, Arunas Chesonis once said, "The best thing that companies can do is look in the mirror." He further delineated customer support as the key to success stating, "One thing hasn't changed since Day One" qualifying "We continue to value people before quick profit. Our mission is to be the most employee- and customer-oriented telecom in the industry." So why would a service provider with such high standards make NO attempt to be accountable regarding AHRC Data, or compliance with government mandates? Could it be profits resulting from customer reliability were not of the same value, as massive returns from potential or successful real estate managers and banking interests, amassing global control and consolidation worldwide of property interests and related matters, unbeknownst to any buyer or potential homeowner?
If this crime scene does not have enough telltale signs, ask yourself what communications service provider, supposedly regulated by government agencies and mandates, could refuse to investigate a horrific compromise of an entire system, only one of which was attacked on their premises? Can you or your company successfully operate that way, while obtaining record profits via an acquisition, more heavily debt laden than the American Government?
Welcome to the property rights war, and praise God for the AHRC publishing tool, which has afforded strong, determined, and conscientious Americans, to become well informed homeowners, opposing the '(IL)legal efforts' to force fraud, corruption, and racketeering to become an 'American Way of Life,' aimed at the very souls, lives, and property of law abiding citizens for record global profits, generated out of misery and devastation for the benefit of the few. Glad to have AHRC back, and may your continued success, against the odds corporate machine, Communistic efforts, and military complex plaguing our nation and world, be multiplied beyond measure! Just keep an eye out, because next the "officers of the court," will be out in force," even more so than they have been already! |
