Foreclosing a Nation - Protecting Corporate Brothers

As my family continues to endure property, corporate, insurance, and banking fraud along with the associated corruption, wielded by a powerful law firm (Brock Clay Calhoun), connected to President Bush, predicated upon the obliteration of property rights guaranteed to every American by the US Constitution, the lesson of corporate profits and the cost to ALL Americans, has become overwhelming. To imagine that your name, children, corporate holdings, or home, could be used on the open market as a traded commodity, was unimaginable. So why is the American corporate economy imploding? The answer is overwhelming unbridled fraud, which is masked and protected by those with the greatest interest or share (CFR - http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=44841), Bilderberg Group - http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/8425/BILDER.HTM, Trilateral Commission - http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/8425/TRI-1SPT.HTM, etc), along with their progeny.

Having a lawsuit filed against a law abiding family by a dissolved corporation Lost Mountain Homeowners Association, Inc. (LMHA), seemed ludicrous and unimaginable, (LMHA, Inc. and the ACC of LMTHA v. Kathryn W. and J. Andrew Rice). Even now deceased Judge Flournoy of Cobb County, GA, demanded the powerful Republican Law Firm of Brock Clay Calhoun Wilson & Rogers (BCC), MUST find a Plaintiff, or he would throw the nonsense out! But the imposition of power WILL change reality. Senior partner Chuck Clay served as our GA State Senator, the Head of the GA Republican Party, and Head of the Bush/Cheney Re-election Campaign, beyond his familial ties to the Bush Family and historic ties to the World Bank and CIA.

Such connections insured, though BCC knew the rules, they would not be applied to them. So instead of substituting a Plaintiff, they defied Flournoy's Order without penalty by ADDING not SUBSTITUTING a Plaintiff, despite repeated and written objections. The 2 entities added as Plaintiffs included the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of Lost Mountain Township Homeowners Association (LMTHA). Said ACC was added, because BCC sought to impose covenants and restrictions of Lost Mountain Township Association, Inc. (LMTA), against our unencumbered deed, (did NOT possess ANY covenants or restrictions). The LMTA Covenants required enforcement to be completed ONLY by an ACC NOT a corporation or board. However, the ACC had NEVER been created, nor had LMTHA!! It was based on this fact, my husband and I created both the ACC and LMTHA, which we solely own!

Now you would assume Esquire Richard Calhoun, who filed the LMHA suit and subsequently added plaintiffs that did not exist at the time filed, ACC and LMTHA, was either deaf, dumb, or blind, having negated corporate, contract, property, and constitutional law, as well as the uniform commercial code mandates. But what Calhoun knew was with a little corporate 'Razzle Dazzle,' and the right judge, the impossible could in his words be made law, a right afforded ONLY to the legislative branch, of which he was not a member.

Suffice it to say, when British Judge Adele Grubbs ruled on behalf of a dissolved corporation and 2 entities created and owned by the Defendant, the public was shocked. Yet no elected official or law enforcement personnel would address the matter; this issue presented among others to Congressman John Conyers and Senator Patrick Leahy. But the more shocking disclosure was the lesson of corporate fraud and the role it plays, which no party could afford to negate.

You see the courts we had fraudulently been interjected into, were NOT government entities as we understood, but instead corporations publicly traded. In fact, our own corporation LMTHA, which Judge Grubbs threatened if we asserted our rights to, we would be arrested, appears on Dun & Bradstreet. And when we sued for false statements made under oath in the underlying matter, during discovery we found our corporation possessed a Nationwide Insurance Policy with a $1,000,000 payoff for each occurrence. In fact, that policy had been used by Esquires Calhoun and Anthony DeNapoli to mount 2 suits against us. Of course, GA Insurance Commissioner and former candidate for Lt. Governor John Oxendine, a lawyer by trade, like his father a Gwinnett County judge, was not willing to address ANY issue of insurance fraud!

Then there was the understanding obtained with regard to reporting of court cases, carried out by a Dutch/British interest, Lexis Nexis. Now if you know the history of the Dutch East Indies Corporation, you have a clue, how very dangerous a corporation can be to civilization or people. Specifically of note, was the inaccuracy with which case precedence was repeatedly reported. Why even the Plaintiff names were NOT correct despite repeated notices! Corporate fraud mixed with judicial misconduct, can create a powerful tool in the hands of those, who know how to play the game!

So, I'm left wondering, if every American knows, that countless government agencies are really corporations, looking to increase their own bottom line and returns on any investment without regard to legality. And when you file appeals from the Magistrate Court, Superior Court, Court of Appeals, or the Supreme Court, how can officers of the same parent corporation, serve as unbiased triers of fact? Maybe YOU should be the judge.

To follow are some examples of perceived government entities and related corporate interests. For now, I as a result of fraud, servitude, racketeering, and lawlessness, must return to addressing the resultant banking assault, which has followed the insurance fraud, after an illegal and void matter was filed, proven, but furthered by the Courts of Georgia, and refused to be reviewed by the Supreme Court of the United States. At present, this matter along with the related issues, have been laid at the feet of the 110th Congress.
