In 1997, my husband and I decided, I would for the first time since age 15, take some time off from work following the birth of our third child. But when my State Senator (at the time) along with his partners, set their sights on my neighborhood as a Community Associations Institute (CAI - www.caionline.org) bulls eye, everything I knew about the State of GA, the United States Judiciary, and Constitutional Rights, would be turned upside down. After being literally stalked and besieged, I would be accused of a crime, investigated based on bogus billing records in the name of a corporation my husband and I created, sued using an insurance policy in the name of our corporation, and marked by concentric circles painted on the back of an unsuspecting, law abiding citizen, for the sake of judicially sanctioned robbery.

Little did I know at the time, Brock Clay, a law firm focusing upon government, energy, education, medicine, and property issues, was expanding their horizons, and my property was in their cross hairs. I did not realize the ultimate plans for an upcoming WalMart Complex and mall to be built in West Cobb, where my home is located. I knew nothing of a Political Action Committee (PAC) for lawyers, seeking to obtain and capture property rights for EVERY piece of American property. Nor did I understand judges being sponsored by Chambers of Commerce, acting in the interest of moneyed benefactors, in total disregard for the law.

After we were informed common property we owned an interest in, was to be sold to a new neighbor, the Honorary Consulate of the Netherlands (Mr. Erik Vonk of Gevity and Cracker Barrel) via a 'quit claim' deed by Mr. Ronald Cannon, who possessed no interest in the property, we objected both verbally and in writing. It was then Brock Clay billing records began a 'land use complaint,' billing record on my husband (October 1, 1999). Following that notation, the county would be sent to our home 17 times, my husband and I would be falsely charged, our home broken into, vehicles vandalized, my daughter nearly left for dead, and we would be threatened with jail for refusing to honor illegal acts, by British trained and Marietta Chamber of Commerce Honoree Judge Adele Grubbs, named an honorary member of the Department of Justice (DOJ) by former Speaker Newt Gingrich.

The harassment and daily barrage of dumping, intrusions, stalking, and videotaping, since the June Meeting announcing the sale of the common area, was enough to make anyone 'pack up the truck and move to Beverly!' But instead of imploring the 'hillbilly' approach, we obtained permission from the county to put up a fence to protect our property, and began making plans to sell and leave our home. While my children and I were being videotaped in our backyard and watched from ladders erected adjacent to our property, this law firm was able to create a 'file' for a criminal detective, which according to Detective Debbie Holland, she had begun in order to investigate me, the victim, or Brock Clay's latest target!

That's when we were sued for erecting a fence by Brock Clay, for protecting our children and home, from the law firm filing void, fraudulent, and frivolous suits! We were sued by a dissolved corporation LMHA, Inc. for the covenants of LMTA, Inc. in the name of billing records for LMTHA, Inc. by Attorney Richard Calhoun of Brock Clay, who had previously served as a County Attorney, while senior partner Clay (former Head of the GA Republican Party and Bush/Cheney Campaign) was a former County Commissioner! Wonder why the county came 17 times to my home for bogus accusations, NEVER once be found guilty.

We would later learn, Judge Grubbs awarded 'Citizen of the Year' by a Brock Clay Attorney at the Chamber of Commerce following the ruling in our case, had discussed the VOID suit PRIOR to any hearing or adjudication, in addition to refusing to allow us a REQUESTED jury trial! This issue is currently before the US Supreme Court, with a panel to review the matter at bar Monday, September 24, 2007.

Judge Grubbs NOT ONLY allowed a case in the name of a dissolved corporation, but ruled in favor of 'legal necromancy,' (an impossibility even according to case precedence!). She via her void ab initio ruling, upheld the dissolved corporation LMHA, Inc., imposed the covenants for LMTA, Inc. and AWARDED ATTORNEY FEES in an INJUNCTIVE RELIEF for LMTHA, Inc., owned, created, and solely held by the Defendants AFTER the filing of the subject case!

Not only did we appeal, but we informed our neighbors with a vested interest via letter, that COVENANTS WERE IMPOSED UPON OUR UNENCUMBERED DEED 12 YEARS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY bearing NO covenants, in violation of EVERY law, (State, Federal, UCC, International, Common Law, etc), with no effort or acquiescence by us in the record! To this date, our deed bears NO Covenants, and therefore could not be altered by any force, body, or criminal act legally! As a result of our notification to neighbors, the GA BAR sent an investigator to our door, questioning whether we were "PRACTICING LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE"! At the time, we had retained 3 attorneys!

Next Brock Clay sued us again, in the name of neighbors (British couple), who planned to "manage" the neighborhood, once covenants and a home owners under SOME name was achieved, (by British Judge Grubbs). We were sued for: installing cameras on OUR home, turning our exterior lights on, playing a radio in our backyard, payment of costs for the installation of the neighbor's fence and curtains to preclude their view of our property, a statement made by Susanna Say regarding familial manic depression, and the statement by an adjacent neighbor that Susanna Say had entered our property surreptitiously without permission, while we were at work.

Yes, for 7 years, we were targeted by this powerful, political law firm tied to President Bush himself and a cast of international power players, (see www.RiceGang.com). Our identities, home, and every right was stripped from us, while my children were afraid to sleep in their own room. No this isn't Baghdad, but when property or individuals possess interests politically connected law firms desire, it's bombs away....and that's just the first strike. Welcome to the NEW WORLD ORDER...no conspiracy here, just the facts m'am!

We have been denied repeatedly, having prevailed on 7 garnishment efforts in the names of Plaintiffs NEVER asserted. Others have attested to the falsification of documents by Clerks and Judges, acting in violation of law. Every asset we have earned has been threatened, while the Department of Justice (DOJ), GBI, FBI, Attorney General, Governor, US Attorney and President, have refused to uphold the law and stop the replete lawlessness. Even the 110th Congress (Congressman Conyers and Leahy), who assured an investigation into political corruption and judicial misconduct, have NOT completed any effort.

So when you assert your rights in the State of Georgia (GA), be advised, no politician, judge, lawyer, FBI Member (Atlanta) will as Senator Chip Rogers put it, 'get in front of that train.' Mike McKinney working under Greg Jones (Atlanta FBI), refused to investigate a judge stating, "You need me, I don't need you!" And there was no visit by Oprah, no investigation by Consumer Reporters, or rally to defend the innocent. No instead Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) reporters refused to print the facts of the matter or retract false statements. One reporter upon calling asked, "Are you the Lady from Lost Mountain?" He advised, at some point, you will have to give up. I asked him what and why must I give up. Should it be my home, children, rights, and every claim? And what will be taken from you, if I give up?

When Americans give up rights for convenience, and justice for legal ransom, we become the slaves and serfs, our ancestors sacrificed to escape? What will you do, when your time comes, RIGHT or a convenient WRONG? Will you give up on your rights, country, and obligations to overt corruption, jeopardizing a nation?

It's time to DEMAND JUSTICE!
