Dear Matt:

As part of the 'We the People,' AHRC, and 'Jail 4 Judges,' families, we met with Congressman John Conyers, Cynthia Martin, Ted Kalo, Stacey Dansky, and Rachelle O'Neil, on March 26th, 2007, regarding overt and replete violations of due process by state and federal judiciary members across this country. At that time, due to the volume of undeniable evidence presented, I personally offered to provide a summary of the most extreme, severe, and obvious cases. On May 15th, 2007, after receiving input from thousands, my family delivered to Washington a 50 page summary provided to Congressman Conyers and Senator Leahy, the cover letter which was stamped for verification of receipt.

Upon visiting Congressman Conyers Office, I was told by the male receptionist, that they would not stamp my copy. Also upon asking to speak directly with Ted Kalo, Cynthia Martin, and Stacey Dansky, I was told I did not have an appointment, and specifically, that Ms. Martin would not meet with me. As a result, I was able to return to the Judiciary Committee Conference Room 2140, where we had met on the 26th of March, and obtain a confirmation receipt of the cover letter, 50 page summary, and evidence for 12 cases, including in the summary.

To follow up, members of the various aforementioned groups and aggrieved Americans, have continually contacted Congressman Conyers Officer regarding the status and investigations disclosed, involving official corruption and violations of law. As of last Friday, I received a call from you personally, indicating Stacey was unable to locate the summary, at which time I offered to hand deliver, mail, or email, yet another copy. You very kindly provided your email address, to which as verified below, I mailed the summary and cover letter yet again.

As you might imagine, I was shocked to receive a call informing me, that you had not received the summary provided. Unequivocally, as evidenced by the email copy below, you did in fact receive an email with attachments. If in fact, you received only an email without attachments, I fail to understand why you would not have contacted me directly. Sir, we as Americans have followed the rules, paid the fees, documented the atrocities, and extended ourselves to assist those in a position, which mandates lawful enforcement and behavior, yet all that appears to be returned are deceptions, inaction, and delays. This pattern is as unacceptable, as crimes by government employees against law abiding citizens continue!

For the sake of clarity, you in accordance with our Monday June 4th conversation were sent on June 5th at 2:40 am, an email containing "Subject: "Due Process Violations", which was flagged with an "Importance of 'High'." With this notification, posted to the worldwide web, I ask from you or Congressman Conyers, to explain your comment to Dorothy (Dottie) Lafortune, that you had NOT received a summary. Further, I would like an explanation as to why you needed a summary, then asked for more detail, and now claim NOT to have either, as the individual having been provided both!

Mr. Morgan, as conveyed to Congressman Conyers, this is NOT an exercise in futility, a game, or amusing. The issues presented to Conyers and Leahy are willful crimes against families, that are literally and illegally destroying lives. If the United States Government as demonstrated by Trial Courts, Appellate Courts, State Supreme Courts, local law officials, US Attorneys and the FBI, as well as CIA, can openly and repeatedly violate written law and the constitution, defrauding citizens for the sake of corporate gains, then the standing of our entire nation is in jeopardy. This is NOT a game, but the very heart and soul of a country, at risk by a network, acting OUTSIDE the law, for which both Conyers and Leahy are by oath and position, mandated to address and resolve.

Sir, I am greatly disturbed by any suggestion, that key information has NOT been provided concerning mothers, fathers, and property owners, who have so wrongfully been placed in harms way, as fully documented for the 110th Congress. I pray you, fellow staff members, and those elected officials you serve, will take this revelation to heart, and with vigilante acts, address the theft of American due process, each of us have been forced to document, verify, and suffer from. False information is NOT any more acceptable, than the willful crimes each of us has suffered and endured at the hands of those claiming to represent our government. Your accountability is herein demanded.

UPDATE: Mr. Conyers staff refers all inquires to Staff Counsel Burton Wides who they say has been assigned to this Due Process Violations by Judges investigation. Homeowners report that Burton Wides refuses to provide any information on this investigations. January 30, 2008 - AHRC News Services.
