| Atlanta, Georgia - A summary of specific due process travesties was provided May 15th, 2007, as promised to Congressman John Conyers on March 26th, 2007, by members of 'We the People,' the AHRC Family, and 'Jail 4 Judges' Members. This database was provided to both Congressman Conyers and Senator Leahy's Offices, as verification of ongoing and replete violations of due process carried out daily in courtrooms across America by members of related BAR organizations, which were specifically delineated and summarized, along with a 20 day notice to address this critical matter. The summary contained NOT ALL cases known or experienced as this process is ongoing, but 50 pages of summary information regarding more than 2,517 pages of undeniable and overt violations of law and due process by elected officials, officers of the court, or government employees, denying the 'rule of law,' and instead imposing terror against law abiding Americans, suffering loss of family, property, or guaranteed rights, yielded in database format, which is attached hereto.
Cases specifically included: violations of law by an honorary member of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Superior Court Judge allowing sale of personal property by a politically connected (Bush) law firm to defraud Georgians out of property and access to the courts, while using the courts, as well as local and federal government resources to attack the targeted victims; another individual was falsely incarcerated 17 months by the same DOJ member/Judge for a money judgment and real estate sale effectuated by a court appointed binding arbitrator while the victim was under federal bankruptcy protection in total violation of law; a CA family who were defrauded by an unconstitutional 'homeowner association' law firm, ultimately paying the forced judicial ransom or fraud benefiting a lawyer PAC, ONLY to be SUED AGAIN AFTER PAYING FRAUDULENT COURT COSTS, solely for selling their own home; and a veteran, whose children were taken from his wife while he was on active duty, alleging that the absent father was harming his children, though he was not present in the home, but serving his own country!
Each of those who have spoken up regarding these overt acts of injustice have been targeted, threatened, incarcerated, and stripped of assets, as well as access, all the while authorities have repeatedly refused to address fully documented crimes. Additionally, the National Justice Institute effort, also presented to Congressman Conyers in the March meeting, was fully documented including evidence and facts regarding the willful effort to deny those who asserted their Constitutional protections in American courtrooms today, as "Terrorists" or "Freemen." Unequivocally, Americans and the world have had it with politics, denials of due process, and a government so controlled by special interests, deceit, and injustice, that the American people are NOW demanding justice, in lieu of global shame.
Attached to this notice you will find a copy of the 'Due Process Violations' Summary database growing daily, along with a dated and stamped summary letter, hand delivered to both Conyers and Leahy. The opportunity for the 110th Congress as mandated by law and their oath of office, to enforce Constitutional mandates by upholding or restoring the 'rule of law,' which requires the judiciary ONLY to serve during 'periods of good behavior,' has been delivered. And as Congress has learned, when the courts choose to defraud and deny legal requirements, while the DOJ AG serving ONLY the pleasure of the President coupled with FBI repeated refusals to address the systemic cancer of rampant injustice and corruption repeatedly reported, the public is herein demanding that you, STOP PASSING THE BUCK!
Americans will no longer accept being recorded, fleeced, and robbed, in order to maintain judicial corporations, a selective tax scheme, staged/rigged elections, economic theft, and legal deceptions, working against citizens to impose tyranny, implored by threats of incarceration against Americans unwilling to be forced into servitude by injustice, implored against those who stalwartly uphold the 'rule of law' and a moral conscience against all odds.
Let it be known, these Americans hereby refuse to continue being illegitimate fodder and slaves to fund elite criminal acts perpetrated to benefit the few at the cost of many. We lay the jurisdiction and cases demonstrating willful due process violations, involving no less than 'fraud upon the court' bordering upon treason before this 110th Congress, and therein DEMAND JUSTICE, which individually and as a body, you have sworn before God and this nation to uphold and honor! |
