Time for Judicial Accountability

Atlanta, Georgia -

As a result of willful and rampant 'fraud upon the court', theft by deception, conspiracy, and racketeering, Americans have united to document these replete and ongoing DUE PROCESS violations, demanding the United States 110th Congress with constitutional standing, to perform their duty defined by their oath and address a judiciary devoid of standing or credibility, such as that of Nazi Germany. On March 26th, 2007, citizens across the country traveled to Washington, DC, for a scheduled meeting with Congressman Conyers and staff to document and address the travesties, law abiding citizens were repeatedly witnessing, throughout every state in our nation.

During the meeting with Conyers, a summary was offered based on the concern for the amount of evidence tendered. Thus at the request of Congressman Conyers, a preliminary summary was provided both the House and Senate Judiciary Committees on May 15th, 2007.

Though citizens were able to demonstrate contacts with state officials, elected representatives, US Attorneys, the FBI, and the Department of Justice, due process continues to be denied American Citizens. BAR Members recognizing the onslaught of "legalized" terrorism, have also begun to witness and convey the far reaching affect of judicial misconduct and political corruption.

When US Attorneys were treated as political fodder, akin to mothers, fathers, families, property and any available target in courtrooms across the country, upon trying to carry out their duty, the Bush Administration and related interests, sought to negate the voice of those upholding any semblance of the "rule of law." Yet wasn't it President Bush, who proclaimed, we are a 'nation of laws', and must uphold the 'rule of law?' Time for a little show me!

But don't count on this administration to address wrongdoing. According to Republican Mitch McConnell over the weekend, the AG serves at the pleasure of the President, and he's pleased with the legal melee and lack of accountability, America is becoming branded by. Now that's enough to make more than Queen Elizabeth scowl at W!

With these facts in mind, several groups have joined to demand Congress perform their duty and exercise their power to address what no other body can. But will this Congress be willing to act with any semblance of integrity? For that question, the jury is still out. But rest assured both Congressman Conyers and Senator Leahy have the evidence they need. So, now is the time to make your voice heard, and DEMAND JUSTICE!

When following up on the summary and due process violations presented to the 110th, feel free to contact Congressman Conyers at 202-225-5126 and Senator Leahy 202-224-4242. Let them know, you are part of or support this effort to resolve due process violations, involving members of 'We the People,' AHRC, and Jail4Judges, working in concert to restore hope for America!

It's time to make your voices heard. May God Bless those with strong hearts, conviction, and the will to do what is neither left or right, but critical to our future.
