| Washington, District of Columbia - On May 15th, 2007, Americans presented to the head of the Judiciary for both the House and Senate a database of verifiable due process violations. This database was presented to Congressman Conyers and Senator Leahy, in follow-up to the March 28th, 2007 meeting by members of 'We the People,' American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC), and Jail 4 Judges (J4J).
This concerted effort of creating an ongoing database of judicial violations by perceived government employees and officials, acting in violation of law against law abiding, unsuspecting citizens, was a direct response to Congressman Conyers request to summarize blaring cases for the sake of both legal staff and government investigators.
We will be featuring more stories and confirmation of this push for accountability by all levels of government, in lieu of continued cover-ups. As citizens from each state can and will continue to attest, hiring a lawyer, contacting elected officials, or following court rules, does not yield justice or any honor for the 'rule of law,' in our country today. And for those, who still believe doing right is the only choice, we share this news, and pray strong voices will continue to make their will known. May ALL praise be to God, from whom life, freedom, and glory, are given to EVERY man and woman.
Do NOT hesitate to forward and continue providing your evidence and information to be included in the database; our country and certainly judiciary depend upon it! Look for the upcoming publication of this living, breathing effort.
