Reports and cases on judicial misconduct, political corruption and property theft wanted

AHRC is compiling a summary of cases for U S Government Representatives

April 14, 2007

By AHRC News Services

Washington, District of Columbia -

A tidal wave of home foreclosures created by the misdeeds of officials occupying offices of public trust in America's government, courtrooms and corporate offices is sweeping America.

Millions of Americans are losing their homes and life savings to corrupt politicians, lawyers, judges and the profiteers of misfortune.

AHRC has been overwhelmed with calls from homeowners seeking advice and help. Many report that their State lawmakers, judges, lawyers, managers and homeowner association board members are busy breaking laws, lying and colluding in the theft of their homes, and cashing in on the trillion dollar booming foreclosure opportunity these opportunists created.

Twenty-nine victims of judicial misconduct property theft flew to Washington and met with Representative John Conyers - Chair of the Judiciary Committee - U S House of Representatives and his staff of lawyers. They presented their cases and requested a congressional investigation on judicial misconduct, political corruption and property theft occurring in the various states.

Representative Conyers asked the group to give him a summary of cases so that his staff would not be overwhelmed by a deluge of paperwork. Taffy Rice - editor of AHRC Georgia Homeowners News who also met with Representative Conyers - volunteered to compile the summary.

AHRC staff also spoke to Representative Conyers staff about the numerous reports they were receiving on the theft of homes in homeowner associations by lawmakers, HOA lawyers, and judges and will send these as well.

Homeowners, activists, and pro-homeowner lawyers, who want cases and issues to be included in this summary can send the information to AHRC via email, fax or mail.
