VIolating the constitution causes destitution

Every American citizen and every member of congress should hang their head in shame for failure to protest and reform the most destructive, quasi-government to exist in the United States since 1776, under the name, "Homeowner's Association,"" and file a class action against CAI for their political power and hold them responsibile for putting the "ass" in Associations.

HOAs are political organizations designed to intimidate, control,and rule the working class and rob them of their life savings and homes. HOAs dba, German Gulags, until every citizen meekly complies with every iron clad law now linng the deep pocket, profit hungry law firms and management police- willing to sell their code of ethics and the American Bill of Rights for a piece of the CAI pie!

History will publish the tragic deaths of the helpless victims in HOAs like Al Gray of Leisure World, killed by board of director unAmerican rules, a man's wife has no right to share his HOA castle at age 55, as if any American law would tolerate a man's right to marry a wife at middle age,after risking his life for our nation and our freedom in military front line action over 20 years...only to return home and find the risk and sacrifice he made for freedom was wasted because our bribed legislature has allowed the shark-hungry law firms, and profit gougig managers to sell their souls by extortion fees mislabled maintenace fees etc.

A wise and honest New Jersey Judge once declared ALL such fees are in fact a tax on the citizen homeowner and the same type of tax that led to the American revolution against the British. But now, the apathy and ignorance in American has opened the door to this new tax extortion because legal fees are destroying freedom of speech etc
.
Shame on our attorney general, shame on our state legislatures, shame on the public to sit idle while the American Dream dies from apathy and profit making robbers now engaged in the destruction of the American home, and responsible for killing the dreamers and dream.

We, the people who went after Hitler in Nazi Germany did not even stage a proper protest when POW wife, Vera Armstrong's Tustin, California home was invaded by HOA hired hoods with steel chains to chain the poor widow foot and hand in steel cuffs, drag her to a closed van, and trick a state Mental Hospital to admit her for a mental exam under pretense she was unbalanced. When I explained the Gastapo action taking place they released her in shame and concern, but every American should hang their head in shame for failure to demand complete reform or take legal action to withdraw the charter of every HOA Corporation on record for unAmerican
actions and violation of all nonprofit statutes that forbid any unreasonable, unjust or unfair act against any member.

The fact is 99% of HOA boards make unreasonable rules every day like the stupid one that fined people for flying a US flag, painting a home off white; installing basket ball hoop for the saftey of children, walking a dog etc,etc.

Every action filed by these dictators are growing evidence our own congress and every state legislator should be impeached for allowing HOAs in the US too violate so many human rights, it would not surprise me to see the UN expell us from the United Nations. After all, those who live in glass houses should not throw stones and thnak God one Judge in the State of New Jersey had the courage to make a public statement that all homeowner association rules, regulations etc violate our property rights etc.

But the judge failed to realize how many of our high paid legislators are bribed with campaign donations by rich law firms and management companies lining their pockets at expense of homeless Americans, My new book will expose the worst housing racket since J.Edgar Hoover went after bootleg liquor owners...in the twenties.

The sad thing is, every courageous soldier, sailore and marine who died for freedom died in vain because there will never be any freedom in any HOA until congress acts to remove the chains on family homes.

And every congressman who allows this police power to exist and plunder America's homeowners is violating his or her constitutional oath-think about that...and hang your flag at half mask to mourn the loss of integrity, courage and freedom.

Mynew book, in the works now, "HANDS OFF MY HOME", DON'T LIEN ON ME, " will be the most tragic duty I every performed as a USAF widow and mother of two Vietnam Vets, because the only reason so many Americans ended up dead of strokes and heart attacks, forced into bankruptcy etc. is NOT ONR SINGLE ELECTED OFFICIAL honored his or her oath to uphold our constitution!

So God Save America and God Save the innocent families left in the streets by the greatest home rip off since the Native Americans were robbed. The price we now pay for the injustice done them has already damaged our US economy and image beyond repair and put us at risk for a new depression because every foreclosure leads to bankruptcy and every bankrupty brings economic loss at a time millions of dollars are needed for global warming disasters, the senseless war in Iraq, the high cost of medical care etc etc...

Let all those responsibile for this greed realize you will not escape because the word history simply means, HIS STORY, and all victims have HIS STORY down, pact. Trust me. Our files run over with grief and we thank GOD the word justice means more than just us!
