Georgia Foreclosures Increase 99% - Ho Ho Ho!

As Georgia foreclosures jump 99% yielding Atlanta the dubious distinction of possessing the nation's 3rd highest foreclosure rate , will citizens begin to better understand the assault of property rights, the complicity of elected officials, and the key/related role the judiciary/BAR plays in this effort? Well maybe or maybe not, but there is no question, the economy and the bankers will come to realize the negatives of the cabal, when fewer targets or takers continue to play the rigged game!

When our exposure to the connection between the courts, elected officials, banks, and the insurance industry, was brought to the front porch, we could scarcely understand the magnitude of what we were facing or the test of fire, God needed us somehow to weather. It seemed unimaginable that community members, with or without Masonic ties, would allow an entire way of life or system to literally implode around even their own.

But when a British Judge (Judge Adele Grubbs), aided and abetted by the GA BAR Association, as well as fellow related members, sought to create predatory case precedence in direct contradiction to the property based fundamentals and core values of our state and nation, our 7 year odyssey began, with more historical epics than Mrs. Mary Ann Winkler, one of the finest Viewmont Elementary Teachers, ever prepared lesson plans for!

You see NOT only could the powerful "neocon" interests control the courts, banks, politics, schools, hospitals, power companies, but also, they controlled the written word! Don't forget, it was Henry Clay, author of Americas most "corrupt bargain," who was able to call upon contacts with a northern newspaper, in order to destroy the life of Andrew Jackson's wife, along with their personal life, in 1 misleading swipe of the pen. You see, the Jacksons had little regard for legal standing, and yet it was that very issue(the 'courthouse crowd' and legal antics), that was used to negate their standing, rights, and pursuit of happiness!

And while Jackson went on to achieve success and prevail over Clay, who held far reaching ties to the international banking community as well as his ancestors specific ties to the World Bank, the affect on Jackson's wife was never overcome. In the 'property war' waged from the courthouse in direct contravention to law, I too know the price a family pays for doing RIGHT, not simply purporting to be political members of same!

You see, my children were literally made to be afraid in their own home. Bad dreams became a way of life, as we were forced to flee our own home, where we were videotaped, harassed, followed, or charged with unfounded crimes, in between multiple legal actions, as well as related SLAPP filings. And yet elected officials, simply tried to smile or ignore their oaths of office, along with the mandates of law.

As I see the foreclosure headlines, and I read of the clamor to the courthouse steps to purchase the pieces of others lives at a record low price, I ask each heart and mind, where are you living? If we believe in Jesus Christ and peace to our fellow man, or choose to celebrate the essence of Christmas, when will each person stand up and refuse to allow neighbors property rights be raped or fruits from their labor be robbed?

For now, it seems a 99% foreclosure increase, is the culmination of any potential return on investment in Atlanta. Guess the Chamber of Commerce plan mobilized from the Republican Party and the Bush Administration, to repopulate the courts and deny the right to private property except for BAR Members, really has set a new record! But like the war on Iraq, is it what we as Americans prefer to be known and die for?

In the meantime, the Atlanta media spin, suggests the situation is not that bad, as most Atlanta property is investment based, news to those raising their children here. Guess that means, most of us really do NOT reside here after all, but instead serve only as interim serfs to local and feudal lords!

The AJC provided 2 views, one of which was by Maureen Downey, who identified the issue as a "foreclosure crisis in Georgia." However, Scott Alderman a commercial real estate broker from Valdosta, had a different take. Alderman said, "...the system we have works for the overall good of the economy and everyone in it. If it didn't, there would be a better system." Additionally, he perceives most of the foreclosures are already vacant and typically investment properties, while acknowledging "because it is their homestead, the home they live in is protected."

Maybe that's true! But after being made a GA BAR target by Brock Clay Calhoun, Tax Commissioner Gail Downing, a key player in the Cobb Republican Women's Organization, the group whose political forums are more slanted than the leaning tower of Pisa, magically decided we were no longer eligible for our 'homestead exemption'. Without that exemption, foreclosure becomes much more convenient. Unfortunately for Downing, she noticed us based on a different codified law, than the issue she ultimatly sought to illegally enforce. Specifically, the fact we had registered cars in another county, Downing asserted, gave her the right to negate our homestead exemption. But the statute she quoted did not address this premise.

Now the fact this issue arose, following a discovery request from Calhoun of Brock Clay Calhoun, I'm sure was just a coincidence. Or the terse comment, we could appeal the effort to the Cobb Superior Court, as we should be familiar with it, did not go unnoticed! Why Downing herself chose to attend the hearing, which she stated specifically she did not normally do. These factors along with politicians relatives present on the 'Board of Equalization,' did not suggest "good government" principles.

And beyond Downings' related and similiar contributors, look no further than the elected officials supporters, who include both CAI (lawyers PAC, seeking to control private property in America), and 'Payday lenders'! Nothing like praying on homeowners, veterans, elderly, and those paid less for their labors. Hey, let's NOW take their homes!

It is another coincidence I'm sure, Downing's superior Commission Chairman Sam Olens, a member of 2 synagogues received a doubling of pay from Clay of Brock Clay Calhoun, during Clay's prior Senate tenure. You think such a tie would affect fellow employees too?

For now, it appears fraud, corruption, and racketeering have now created a new chapter, 'Georgia Foreclosed'! Today Georgia...tomorrow...the US, Iraq, Iran, etc. It looks like we all have a VESTED interest to do whats right, OR ELSE! For now, the band plays on and the connected continue to control or negate private property rights!
