Taffy argued against the Georgia Attorney General's Office, which is defending Judge Adele Grubbs' illegal actions, while hiding behind her black robe. The case also involves illegal actions by Senior Judge Arthur Fudger and Judge George Kreeger, who have helped protect Judge Grubbs. Judge's claim absolute immunity. However, judges GAVE THEMSELVES this alleged immunity via case precedence. There is no immunity guaranteed judges by the Constitution or Statute. This type of "legislation from the bench" is unconstitutional and greatly exceeds their judicial authority. All our rights are negatively affected by these types of judges.

Attorney General Thurbert Baker is mandated to investigate and prosecute illegal actions committed by elected officials. View his mandate at Political Corruption. Yes, this even applies to judges. Instead of following his oath of office and legal mandate, the Attorney General chose to defend and condone the illegal acts of the Judiciary.

In 1821, addressing judicial authority, Chief Justice John Marshall wrote "We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution." COHENS v. VIRGINIA 6 Wheaton 264 (1821). You can read Marshall's Opinion at Cohens v Virginia Text. What this means to me is if a judge exceeds his or her constitutional authority, the judge commits treason. What do you think? By the way, this case has never been overturned!

How much longer will loyal Americans allow unconstitutional actions by judges without recourse, particularly those of you who are veterans? In the history of Georgia, the legislature has NEVER brought impeachment charges against a sitting judge. In history of the United States, Congress has only brought impeachment charges against judges less than 10 times. NONE of those judges were removed from office. We all need to DEMAND JUSTICE. What can the average citizen do? Notify your elected representatives and senators that you want them to call for an investigation of judicial misconduct.

Congress and major media outlets only give lip service to the ideas of "legislation from the bench," "the rule of law," and "judicial activism." It's time all citizens require our elected officials to actually follow the rule of law.
