Still Cookin' Up Fraud!
Weissman Curry Nowack & Curry and Say Consulting LLC Continue to Cook Up Fraud in Lost Mountain Township!

Weissman Nowak Curry & Wilco PC Attempts to Support Fraudulent Liens with Custom-made Fallacies
Lost Mountain Township (LMT) properties are being FRAUDULENTLY liened for an alleged homeowners association TO WHICH RESIDENTS DO NOT EVEN BELONG!
Attorney Julie McGhee Howard of CAI-affiliated Weissman Nowack Curry Wilco, PC (WNCW) recorded a fraudulent lien against my Lost Mountain Township (LMT) property.
She performed the nasty task at the request of Terence Edwin Say of Say Consulting, LLC and others, as evidenced by the email trail that WNCW mailed to us.
When WNCW's Julie Howard threatened me with a lien, I promptly requested, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), documentation to support her claim. What did I receive from WNCW as a debt verification document? A custom-made fallacy that doesn't even reference Attorney Howard's client! Since I have no legitimate debt OR account history with LMHA, Inc.
Attorney Julie McGhee Howard instructed her paralegal Ranielle Oliver to maliciously CREATE debt in my name for the purpose of attaching such MANUFACTURED debt to my property via a fraudulent lien. This atrocious offense is detailed in the WNCW email trail. YES ... WCNW mailed me proof of its fraud!
Attorney Howard's brass attempt to support the lien is quite shocking, as her lien falsely states, "Lost Mountain Homeowners Association, Inc., a homeowners assocation, in accordance with the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Lost Mountain Township, filed of record in the Cobb County, Georgia Records, Deed Book 3799, Page 27, et. seq. claims a lien on the house, premises and real estate ... " Such reference is to LMHA, Inc. covenants and restrictions.
Wwwwwhat??!! My chain of title is NOT bound those covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements. My property is NOT, and never has been, bound by LMHA, Inc. covenants. I am NOT, and have never been, a member of a LMHA, Inc. homeowners association.
After rebuting Attorney Howard's actions, I requested her removal of the fraudulent lien from my property. Her refusal to comply confirms her involvement in willful fraud.
Julie McGhee Howard and Weissman Nowack Curry & Wilco are in acute violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The list of Attorney Howard's violations are too extensive to list.
However, a few of the violations include
quoting multiple total amounts of alleged debt
failure to communicate required information per the code
failure to obtain debt verfication from the original creditor
attempt to collect debt not billed by the alleged original creditor
continuing debt collection efforts after a debt has been disputed and before legitimate debt verification was provided;
falsely representing debt
failure to acknowledge a disputed debt
use of deceptive means to collect a debt
So Lost Mountain Township (LMT) residents beware. I won't acquiesce and provide the perpetrators with funds to cook up a Christmas feast surely to be just a rotten at their Thanksgiving feast.
Oh, and that Christmas feast will include ANOTHER versions of covenants that were served to residents on Friday, December 1, 2006

Secret THANKSGIVING DAY Feast
...for cooking up racketeering, orchestrated fraud, deception, manipulation, theft, corruption, harassment in Lost Mountain Township (LMT)
In a huge dirty pot, heat British tempers to boiling. Stir in a tablespoon of British allies.
Slowly add several heaping barrelfuls of Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC)
Dump in a few gallons of Cobb County Judge, being sure to add a potent portion of Judge Adele Grubbs

Serve atop several versions of covenants and a fresh mound of fraudulent liens.

Attempt to adjust flavor to taste by blending in alternate additions of LMTA, Inc., LMHA, Inc., LMTHA, Inc., LMHOA, and Say Consulting, LLC in random order.
Serve this delightful main course with a SLAPP Subpoena on Rice
Yield: Enough to linger for years.
Caution: Wash hands thoroughly after handling ingredients.
Neighborhood residents should promptly report all foul odors resulting from the cooking of this feast.
Report to any and all, including the Georgia attorney General and the U.S. Attorney General.
Lost Mountain Township residents must say "NO" to fraud. |
