Seven years ago, when my family and neighbors suffered the stain of criminal behavior LMHA and the ACC of LMTHA v. Rice imposed by at the time, my own State Senator's Law Firm, Brock Clay Calhoun BCC, we had no clue of the excessive connections and 'New World Order' effort well underway. But the acquiescence provided to foreign interests at the expense of Americans was clearly a fact and brought to our front door.

Having not been involved in the Cobb County GA Courts, we had no clue that 'Georgia Justice,' was NOT existent, or at a minimum available to ONLY those who could subsidize the corruption or swear allegiance to the 'brotherhood'. But when sued by a dissolved corporation (a violation of law), in order to impose restrictive covenants upon an unencumbered deed (in violation of law), our education of justice 'GA Style,' was just beginning.

Initially our property attorney, Robert Dyer who received a contract with the GA Department of Transportation (DOT), pointed to the law, but Judge Flournoy did NOT throw the action out. Instead Flournoy only threatened BCC to get a Plaintiff by substitution, or THEN he would throw the matter out! By the time BCC amended or simply added a 2nd Plaintiff, Flournoy was no longer on the bench, but instead had been replaced by British trained Judge Adele Grubbs.

The Role of Case Precedence

Grubbs was a judge being furthered by key Republican Interests seeking influence over lower courts Buying Justice, and subsequently controlling the Marietta Chamber of Commerce, the schools, power company interests, some banks, and most politicians in GA. Her connections emanated from BCC to former Speaker Newt Gingrich, who was replaced by Hastert in the wake of countless scandals. But beyond the control of the judiciary and elected officials, lawless behavior condoned by contemporaries as well as BAR Members, there was another major goal brewing.

You see, the lawyers PAC(CAI) and BAR Members were working to achieve predatory case precedence, that would yield a substantial return on any property investment. Case precedence, an unregulated method of creating law, (commonly smoothed over by the label of "activist judge"), could be written to contradict codified law or the Constitution, allowing any action a judge chose to impose, despite the lack of legality, to become law of sorts enforceable by their favorite Sheriff. And if all did NOT go well, do NOT forget the most important version of case precedence, judicial immunity!

In this case, the goal was to control private property by imposing covenants and restrictions which could ONLY be represented by a BAR Member. No more owners speaking of their own interests; that had to be stopped in order for UN Agenda 21, sustainable development, and the culmination of the united cities of local governments to gain control. But the course of the effort would ultimately include familiar but horrendous legal tactics: assigning property to others, charging citizens with impossible crimes, vandalizing a vehicle in a TSA Lot, home burglary, repeating land line phone conversations, identity theft, videotaping of you and your children, the inability to represent a corporation, judicial immunity in the face of crimes, dismissals without pleadings or hearings, refusal to serve a clerk, unwillingness to identify judges authoring void orders, requests for the Sheriff when questioned by women & children, while imposing continuous threats of incarceration, despite NO wrong doing!.

Though, we created the second Plaintiff (LMTHA, Inc.) when BCC amended the lawsuit, to demonstrate the legal impossibility of the suit. But that did NOT stop the agenda, which was far greater that GA Code or Constitutional protections of Americans. For these BAR mover and shakers, allowing a fellow 'brother' to claim and obtain legal fees in the name of our corporation, was just another minor detail. And a threat of contempt against the owners and victims, would solve that issue.

Now you would think elected officials, fellow BAR Members, Police, or even the Governor, would demand the law should be upheld, but to date that hasn't happened. Governor Perdue has a 'Sonny do' list, but Sonny did NOT. John Oxendine has "citizens" professing his assistance, but he too refused to uphold GA Law, when military officers insurance (USAA), along with the counsel they retained, Bruce Barrickman of Atlanta(who joined Henning Mediation with former AG Mike Bowers), denied our rights and their obligations. While Attorney General (AG) Baker and his staff members (Asst. AG Rebecca Mick & Kristin Miller), on his behalf, falsified pleadings, acted in violation of law, and provided representative counsel for those who broke the law.

Supreme Review

But we did not choose to accept injustice! Instead we addressed the judge's discussion of our case at the Chamber of Commerce with those claiming to be Plaintiffs prior to our hearing. We wrote of her making our family the topic in the Country Club Dressing Room, and filed the appropriate pleadings. But at each and every turn, more conspirators continued to assist the wrong doers. As a result, on November 7th, Election Day at 2:00 pm, the 'rule of law' will be front and center before the GA Supreme Court. While the current political race for the next Chief Justice has been as contentious as that of the current Chief Justice, it's high time for Georgians to keep their eye on the ball. If our courts do not abide by the 'rule of law,' what is their purpose?

It's really NOT about 'liberal' and 'conservative,' but RIGHT v. WRONG! If we are a state or nation of laws, how can anyone to include a judge defy that 'rule of law,' while others are robbed in broad daylight by the same rules willfully ignored by others? Will the Supreme Court continue to ignore or deny the requirement of a fellow BAR Member to obey the rules?
