Control of the Judiciary

Based upon my father having been a member of the Chamber of Commerce and frequent sponsor of countless local efforts, I was raised to believe the Chamber of Commerce as an organization was predicated upon positive progress and goodwill for the betterment of the community. But when the DA of Cobb County Pat Head, conveyed to me and my neighbors, Judge Adele Grubbs was discussing a property scam filed by Richard Calhoun of Brock Clay Calhoun, with those claiming to be Plaintiffs in a fraudulent lawsuit void on its face, LMHA and the ACC of LMTHA v. Rice, I learned of the Chamber evolution.

It would seem, that no longer was the 'Chamber,' a meeting place for honorable and positive projects alone. But when Forbes laid out, the effort for Republican control of the Courts, not even such awareness was enough to spare my children this horrendous lesson of history as Guy Drexinger, (former head of the Democratic Party and current candidate for State Insurance Commissioner against John Oxendine) referred to it, wishing me good luck in surviving the cabal. Perhaps Drexinger was more of a gentleman than Oxendine despite his lack of sincerity, considering John Oxendine's allowance of multiple insurance companies to defraud my family and neighbors using his position to sanction no less than fraud by USAA (military officer's insurance) and Nationwide, in violation of GA Law.

No longer was the "chamber" an organization of men committed to the community at large, but more of an elite group, interested in deciding who would gain the favor of funding or legal protection, much like other temples or lodges. In Marietta, GA, it was the Cobb Chamber, where Judge Grubbs NOT ONLY engaged in conversations with parties to an action, without disclosing same to ALL parties or recusing herself, but subsequently received "Citizen of the Year," from the same entity, following predatory case precedence rendered in violation of law, the Constitution, and case precedence, which was then inaccurately reported by those agencies responsible for the publication of the latest case precedence nightmare, (ie Lexis Nexis and Westlaw). This powerful tool of inaccurately reporting judicial misconduct or case precedence was key to imposing tyranny and had became nothing short of a "witch trial" tool, raised like a flag over the unsuspecting, as a war of terror on property rights continued to escalate between our own shores, at the hands of those allegedly representing government.

Perhaps the Cobb Chamber transition from furthering citizens to targeting them, can best be described through one of the more prevalent definitions of the word "chamber" itself: "a place where municipal or state funds are received and held; a treasury," (American Heritage Dictionary). Or perhaps the Cobb Chamber, is better defined as a place where efforts are carried out "in a closed box". In the Latin origin, "chamber" relates to a camera, in which actions are performed in secret. Whatever definition you find more applicable, the control of the US Chamber of Commerce and targeting or control of the Judiciary was and IS clearly a fact, whose detriment has literally been aimed at every American. Thus began the ever increasing judicial competition and contentious races, all of which furthered connected BAR Members hand picked by the Chamber. For those who were NOT Chamber candidates, no blue or yellow signs (UN), or lacking the Masonic red, white, & blue, there would be no media coverage, no barbeques (pork!), no support for a predefined list of candidates, all willing to turn and vote in unison.

Where was the impetus for the Chamber to control the courts, elections, the schools, the media, etc? The answer was documented most effectively for me by Forbes Magazine, in an article authored by Robert Lenzner and Matthew Miller in 2003, "Buying Justice". But most alarming was, when I passed it along to (Chamber) politicians, this revelation of repopulating the courts, was met with NO surprise. While in 2006 the tracks of this conspiracy and the related racketeering effort might be extremely evident to some, along with the goals of those furthering the planks of the Communist Manifesto, 'UN Agenda 21' and the 'United Cities of Local Government,' in 2003 most could not grasp what the future held and found any discussion to be 'out there!'

As a result of the overwhelming political corruption and judicial misconduct in Cobb County and GA, my husband and I continued to speak about the travesties and illegalities of those in authority, culminating in a call for an investigation by US Attorney Nahamias, as we had with his predecessor, former US Attorney William Duffey, now a federal Judge! However, the only response form Mr. Nahamias was for Judge Adele Grubbs with a total disregard for requisite jurisdiction, and despite an appeal pending, to order my husband and me to be jailed for not paying LEGAL FEES to OUR OWN CORPORATION, which she had awarded, based on falsified billing records denoting Lost Mountain Township Homeowners Association (LMTHA, Inc.) as a client of Attorney Richard Calhoun. You see, we created, own, and bear sole rights to LMTHA, from which we clearly did NOT sue ourselves, but when asserting same to Judge Grubbs in open court, were threatened with "Contempt!" Never mind the fact Judge Grubbs had a 'Writ of Prohibition' pending against her, barring judicial activity of any kind she herself had already acknowledged. This judge in the new Republican controlled judiciary has powerful connections and ties, which extend well beyond GA to even the 'Halls of Congress' and Speaker Hastert himself! For you see, like the Chamber of Commerce, Judge Grubbs was and is, part of a much greater plan, to include the repopulation of the courts and an ever increasing martial state, via 'Reichstag Fires,' 9/11s, and 'judicial independence' but NEVER accountability.

And the 'chamber' network extends well beyond the county and the lower courts. Take for example Appeals Court Clerk William Martin. As an employee of the Court of Appeals, he serves at the pleasure of the judges he protects. And when it was the pleasure of several judges to delete and shred our court record to mask willful fraud and racketeering in violation of GA Law and the rules of the Court, there was no one willing to admonish Martin or uphold the law. Instead we were fined for asking the Appeals Court to restrain Judge Grubbs, who ordered our arrest after the illegal destruction by Martin of the Appeals Court Record. We were literally and undeniably defrauded, in addition to being required to recreate the record at our expense, following Judge Grubbs mandate to Sheriff Neil Warren for our immediate arrest, resulting from a money judgment based upon racketeering!

And,it was Deputy Chief Linda Coker, a co-worker of Sheriff's Employee and Nancy, wife of Judge Bodiford, now appearing in commercials for Chief Judge James Bodiford (Wendy Titelman Travesty), who insisted she would enforce Judge Grubbs void Order, despite the lack of lawful weight it bore. It seemed a necessity to file a 'Writ of Mandamus,' against Clerk Martin among others, regarding his willful destruction of the record, so as to demand a government official to do his job, right? Not when assigned to Judge Jerry W. Baxter, there was no lawful outcome to be obtained. This Fulton County (Location of the 'Courthouse Shootings'), Judge chose to sit on the Mandamus for 6 months despite a Rule Nisi properly filed and no responsive pleadings unanswered, in addition to a request for a jury trial. But Judge Baxter instead filed a dismissal without a hearing, motion, or filing on the matter of any sort. That's justice 'chamber style!'

So, as our nation and financial future continue to suffer non judicial foreclosures traps, HOA/private government impositions, fraudulent elections, corrupt officials, increased taxes, constantly shrinking civil liberties, and escalating judicial misconduct or "independence," recognize the nature of the beast and those who control same. For it is those who insulate and isolate, who work diligently at reducing the choices and quality of candidates, judges, and the God given rights of others, that now fill the powerful 'chambers,' who will only be replaced by the next lawless pyramid climbers. Welcome to, in the words of George Herbert Walker Bush, "the New World Order"!
