Lets forward all the nasty headlines on lawless lawsuits in America's Homeowner Associations to Queen Elizabeth

God help the Queen and God Help our friendship with Great Britain now that Tony Blair was misled to believe that homeowner associations from hell will benefit the British Families.

We should forward all the nasty headlines on lawless lawsuits in HOAs to Queen Elizabeth herself, because she is such a concerned leader she responded to my personal letter within two weeks of the day I wrote her by having her Lady in Waiting thank me for the correspondence.

My dad's ancestors have been traced back to the year around 600 AD in England so I am most concerned to see Tony Blair so misled he does not realize homeowner associations were based on two things; Greed and control of American homeowners.

Every homeowner association is like a Communist China Gulag, spies spying on each other under the dictator control of unregulated directors in hock to management and legal firms that bribe them.

A homeowner's associaiton is a minature iron country and the owners face everything from eviction, foreclosure to fatal heart attacks from stress etc.

The deaths of our most dedicated crusaders for property rights, Jim Troutman, Orange County, California: Geneva Brookes, Houston, Texas and Bill Strickland, Tallahassee, Florida still haunt me along with other victims coast to coast who lost their savings, their home and their lives before they were old enough to retire by being sucked into buying the worst housing nightmare in America sold as the American Dream.

We, the living owe it to those who lost their lives and property to let our friend Tony Blair know the greatest sadness in AMERICA today is freedom is no longer free and Home Sweet Home is a new hell designed to enrich rich lawfirms, overburden hospitals and sell more life insurance for the growing number of victims.

The only benefit group besides lawyers is elected officials. Every city, county and state official rub their hands with glee because HOAs allow them to escape charges of tax discrimination and line their pockets with property tax dollars saved by HOA fees for maintenance already covered by local property tax.

We cannot blame the British Home office if they smile and say we deserve this new community prison home because after all the ony fight with them was over stamp tax!

Early homes always had a welcome sign,"Home Sweet Home' but these isolated prisons post "Keep Out" signs...to reward leeching law firms waiting to gobble up "Tell a friend foreclosures"

Great Britian never experienced this. It is only fair to warn them the foreclosure fever is worse than the black plaque, before the bell tolls for mass heart attacks and victims of strokes harassed, fined, sued and robbed right out of their merry little homes by this new nonprofit corporate structure that steals every dime of profit from the pockets of the low income, middle income and disabled veterans who sacrificed for every citizen to own part of the American Dream.

I am not sure how President Bush can sleep at night with the fraudulent homeclosure racket in HOAs or how the Justice Department can brag justice exists for anyone but, "just us, " homeless in the same boat as the Native Americans trail of tears.

The only difference is our trail of tear began at the common interest development closed gate and the Natives began in the open wilderness before land was gatted by greedy developers.

You don't have to be a history professor to realize the world will close their doors in our face as the word gets out these damned yankees have declared war against family life that will destroy the next generation and leave them homeless too.

How can any nation speak of human rights and set up a secret government under the misleading program of a nonprofit corporation when CAI's national promotion has turned every manager, agent and lawyer into a millionaire by foreclosure frauds...

God help Tony Blair to learn the truth and God help America to save it's soul and the land once known as the land of the free now under control of small community prisons designed to for broken budgets, broken families and broken souls.

And make sure all HOA litigation is forwarded to Tony Blair by first class air---the average homeowner in America has to budget 57% of their income to pay for the battered roof over their head since slick developers restricted all new homes to commune developments...and many insurance firms are saying NO DEAL to homeowner's insurance policies so we don't need a fortune teller to read the future.

What we need is government reform and a national recall of current officials who sold out the constitutional oath they took for office which promised all of us equal protecton and due process stolen by Commoninterest developments...unworthy of the sacrifice my family made in World War 1, WW 11, Vietnam and now, no brag Iraq.

The US congress must hang it's head in shame because this sad day in American History began in 1973 when the House Committee handed CAI, Community Associations Institute a cash grant for $250,000 thatopened the door for grants from HUD and the VA to start a nonprofit organization to help citizens enoy living in common interest developments and congress never once investigated how that grant money was spent to learn that CAI made it's profit from lawyers, managers and agents with one common interestk how to out tax, out fine and out fox every homeowner fast enough to grab their home in bankruptcy foreclosure auctions...
