PROMINENT CLASS ACTION ATTORNEY COMMITS TO FILING RICO ACTION AGAINST PETERS AND FREEDMAN

He is looking for boards of directors of homeowner associations to be plaintiffs

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

A prominent class action lawyer committed today to file a class action RICO case against the law firm of Peters and Freedman. The attorney will handle the case on contingency - that is - there will be no cost to the plaintiff.

The attorney wants homeowner associations who believe that they have been damaged by Peters and Freedman.

He is looking for boards of directors of homeowner associations to be plaintiffs in this action.

As the attorney's investigations are necessarily sensitive at this stage, the attorney has asked that his name be held confidential until he actually files the lawsuit.

Hence, all information should be sent directly to AHRC at this point. It will be forwarded to the attorney, and held in strictest confidence.

The attorney is looking for information both from homeowner associations and individuals. Please include details, copies of relevant documents, names and contact information including telephone numbers for the homeowners association and the board or ex-board members and the complainant.
