When a Judge Violates Law AGAIN!

As most are aware, my family like so many others, has been openly defrauded by a sitting judge (Judge Adele L. P. Grubbs), on behalf of a court system (Cobb County Superior Court), which was supposedly created to serve the interests of the citizens the court serves. However, Judge Grubbs seemingly answers to no one.

We were shocked when Judge Grubbs on behalf of the law firm of Brock Clay Calhoun, allowed a dissolved corporation and an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and separate corporation owned by us, to prevail OVER OUR PROPERTY. Specifically Judge Grubbs assigned covenants and restrictions to a property that possessed none and did it on behalf of a dissolved corporation, we had NEVER done business with. Then she awarded attorney fees in the name of our corporation. Yes Judge Grubbs appeared to make the legally impossible an unbelievable reality.

But Judge Grubbs magic fraud act is a show that unfortunately has not received the final curtain call. There was the effort she perpetrated against seniors furthering those who contributed to her campaign (www.webspawner.com/users/decomogul) to the detriment of property owners, the impossible feat of defrauding 113 West Cobb Owners in my neighborhood by imposing a dissolved corporation and 2 entities created by the Defendants to whom 'legal fees' were illegal assigned (www.RiceGang.com), and then there was the divorce of Marla Ailion Wright, whose husband (Bruce Ailion) remarries a former judges wife, a personal friend of Judge Grubbs, Robin Adams.

In the case of Ailion v. Ailion (CAN 04-1-4350-42, Judge Grubbs ordered Marla a mother and wife, to fund child support to her husband and employer Bruce Ailion. Her salary working for her spouse was roughly 40K per year. But in her "wisdom", Judge Grubbs assigned custody to the father, ordered the mother pay $187K in child support, and when Marla verified she did not possess the means to pay such an amount, Judge Grubbs ordered her to be jailed for contempt, literally demanding a debtor's prison for this mother.

While Marla like so many others has had no less than 5 attorneys, none obtained justice for their client. Specifically, Mr. Alan Manheim, one of Marla's lawyers instead of obtaining his client's freedom, reported to Judge Grubbs, Marla's new husband Eddie Wright, the party paying Manheim to represent Marla, should be incarcerated for stating his outrage at the lawless acts of Judge Grubbs. And as a result, Eddie was incarcerated for 11 months and forced to confess to threats, so as to escape the Cobb Jail Hell.

Didn't Marla submit a supersedeas? Why both the Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Marietta Journal wrote publicly such a pleading was automatic, during the illegal efforts waged against the Rices? Well like the Rices, Marla has learned the law means nothing to Judge Grubbs and no one holds her accountable. Just as Grubbs denied the 1st Rice Supersedeas making erroneous statements in her "Order" that the pleading bore no signatures, Grubbs repeatedly denied Marla's "automatic pleading", creating a pattern by Judge Grubbs.

Is there more to this story? Of course, there are numerous land connections and political favors being provided. But suffice to say, a mother remains in jail for an inability to pay $187K in child support, and she has been incarcerated for 16 months. How could such travesties prevail?

On July 6th, the transcript clearly shows Marla notified Judge Grubbs, she did not possess the means to pay any such child support, as that imposed by Grubbs. Then there were the conflicting statements between Grubbs Order and the courtroom transcript. But long story short, can anyone justify $187K for child support against a mother? Is 16 months in jail acceptable for those, who do not violate the law? And to add insult to injury, Grubbs revoked Marla's custody of her children, without even holding a hearing!
