Holding Elected Officials to their Word!

As Americans begin to understand and witness their diminishing property rights as well as related access to the courts, will they also likewise be able to translate that understanding to the related associations that the incumbent politicians, judges, parties, media, and political action committees share? How telling is it in GA to hear incumbents like Governor Sonny Perdue, Earl Ehrhart, or John Wiles, suggest they are supporters of property rights? When these men in fact supported, furthered, or sponsored, legislation to create a NEW TAX, that would be issued against property owners for and by DEVELOPERS. That's right, a "community improvement district", along with a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT for same, that would literally return TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. It was these men, who NOW at election season suggest they support PROPERTY RIGHTS! May God have mercy upon their souls!

In the case of Wiles, he NOT ONLY sponsored SB 414, but he also was key in the revamping of eminent domain, which ONLY created tighter controls by LOCAL POLITICIANS, NOT PROPERTY OWNERS!!! Leave it to a lawyer to 'wordsmith' legislation, and purport to support their interests. This Senator like Representative Earl Ehrhart, along with GA BAR Association supporters, who are supported by Community Associations Institute or CAI, which is a powerful lobbying PAC, lawyers are using to seize and obtain control of private property through, by placing restrictions and covenants on EVERY piece of private property without the knowledge or concurrence of owners.

And then there is Ehrhart, who in keeping with UN Agenda 21, attempted to literally bury gun legislation allowing citizens to protect their property without fear of prosecution, along with 5 other related gun owner legislation, he held in committee. And though this most offensive act was well known to GA Gun Owners and the NRA, Ehrhart miraculously obtained an "A+" rating from the NRA. In the same light, Ehrhart supported Governor Perdue and Speaker Richardson's legislation, which attempted to shield state contract negotiations from the public. He also decided to redraw school district lines, in the same manner former Democratic Governor Roy Barnes, had redrawn the legislative districts for Ehrhart to obtain a majority stronghold! And though the legislation by Ehrhart on school redistricting was clearly an effort to create segregation, which none other than Judge Adele Grubbs acknowledged in her ruling supporting the Ehrhart version, the fact that this law signed by Perdue, does not allow discrimination, though the redrawing is UNEQUIVOCALLY DISCRIMINATORY, has never been addressed or corrected, much less complied with, despite the overwhelming segregationist effort by Ehrhart via legislation, was admitted. Welcome to GA!

All it takes is some paid media, former Speaker Gingrich, and Bob Barr to declare the unrealistic is the only option and now a reality. These guys could literally sell raincoats in the desert during a 100 year drought! But GA property owners will NO longer be deceived.

This state and country recognize the diminishing economy and prosperity ONLY for the connected few, and they are tired of funding tyranny. So, if you love your children, home, property, and business opportunities, it's time to elect those who are NOT PAID BY THE PACs.

Look for those candidates who fund their own effort and the media does NOT print deceptions on behalf of. As one Georgian said, the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Endorsement should be a clear clue to voters NOT to vote for their 'recommendations'! Reclaim your property and vote for those who will TRULY defend property rights!

Make no mistake, we as Americans have become openly and forcibly engaged via our Courts, on United States soil for our lives, children, property, liberty, justice, and labors!«

It's high time for ALL of us to stop paying for and furthering sin, corruption, and fraud upon the innocent.
