| Atlanta, Georgia - Whether running for political office or just defending my children and home, there is no question, the media has clearly refused to print the FACTS of what is really going on in Georgia.
Is Georgia any different than the rest of the country? Well, I hope other Mothers, Fathers, or Candidates for political office, are NOT being threatened with jail, upon requesting an investigation into "Political Corruption and Judicial Misconduct". When my opponent, Representative Earl Ehrhart, Chairman of ALEC, informed me just prior to the taping of a candidate forum, "You should be in jail, and will be yet," I more clearly understood the 'ties that bind' or the 'unseen hand', (Media, Ccourthouse, and Political Incumbent Connections). The additional fund raisers for my Andy's opponent, lawyer John Wiles, whose law firm Wiles & Wiles, boasts association with eviction, quite blaringly included some very specific Cobb and GA Bar Members, along with key politicians such as Cobb Chairman Sam Olens, Sheriff Neil Warren,and my opponent Representative Earl Ehrhart. Each participants related involvement in both the underlying land fraud and incarceration schemes, made the 'ties that bind' much more obvious to my family, as well as others across our county, state, and nation!
After announcing to run for a House Seat in District 36, along with my husband Andy Rice, a candidate for Senate District 37, we were first contacted by the senior member of the Senate, who implored Andy NOT to run against incumbent lawyer, John Wiles. Then we began talking to constituents! We even contacted the US Attorney's Office in Atlanta and the FBI Field Office, also located in Atlanta, beyond local government and elected officials. But what was the reaction, to overwhelming evidence presented in 2006, some of which was previously provided to the US Attorney and the GA Office of the FBI in 2004?
Besides their refusal to investigate, the next day our car was coincidentally vandalized AGAIN! Within less than a week, Judge Adele P. Grubbs was holding opposed hearings without jurisdiction, and in violation of law ordering our arrest, though we had broken no law. Yet the media conveyed NONE of this to the public. Also, Judge Grubbs penned additional orders against another citizen aware of the land fraud game, by refusing Marla Ailion Wright's supersedeas request, in violation of law, prolonging her unlawful incarceration on the exact same day! Just another coincidence, I'm sure!
Did the media publish Judge Grubbs violations of law, any of them? No, but they did publish her award as the "Citizen of the Year", provided by the law firm of Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC), who had fraudulently asserted a lawsuit to impose covenants and an HOA against our property, neither of which our deed or chain of title possessed. BCC further sought under threat of lien to assert 3 different corporations under which, they threatened legal action and/or fees literally extorting funds from unknowing homeowners. But beyond the positive press for the judge, and cover-up of the fraud by the lawyers, there was the employment of a powerful Republican oriented public relations firm for Judge Grubbs image, now in need of 'refashioning', 'repackaging', or in dire need of a media based facelift! Even Judge Grubbs latest nuptials were a media bonanza, listing a litany of involved parties to include bankers, developers, Cobb Superior Court Judges, Clerks, and of course Chuck Clay, of Brock Clay Calhoun, along with Marla's ex-husband or more specifically his new wife, the widow of a former Magistrate Judge and personal friend of the bride.
Instead of TRUTH in any of the related stories, the media has refused to publish the TRUTH. Both the Marietta Daily Journal (MDJ) and Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC), wrote my family had a 'problem', 'issue', and 'ongoing litigation' with our "homeowners association". Remember, our DEED HAS NO COVENANTS OR RESTRICTIONS, AND subsequently NO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION! Forget we have been the victims of 7 years of fraud perpetrated by a powerful and politically 'connected' law firm with self professed ties to the Bush White House and Congress, who are undeniably seeking to codify fraud and homeowner control of private property, via the powerful lawyer lobbyist group CAI and their connected membership of both lawyers as well as politicians! The public never read or heard those facts. But why?
Upon multiple submissions of a supersedeas regarding Judge Grubbs latest and unlawful effort, which should be automatic, we were denied that codified right by BCC's "Citizen of the Year", Judge Grubbs.
And of course, the media did not mention her repeated violations of law. So who is the media serving? Well it is NOT the public good, without question. Isn't accuracy in media supposed to be mandated? Only if your government is forced to hear!
