Have you ever thought or dreamed of screaming and no one could hear you? What if the media refused to report murders, land thefts, and crimes against citizens? What if political candiates calling for investigations into political corruption and judicial misconduct, were threatened with jail, and what they wrote was censored or deleted?

Well once again the stain of Southern Injustice has reappeared, and you best not "trust your soul to no backwoods Southern lawyer, because the judge and the town [REALLY DO] have bloodstains on their hands!" But beyond the courts, don't forget, the obligation of the news media IS to protect the public good, RIGHT? When in Atlanta, don't count on the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) or it's sister television station WSB-TV (Channel 2), in the same market to let you hear the truth. (Owning both the paper and TV in the same market was previously an FCC Violation before Colin Powell's Son tookover. But when protecting politicians or the games they play, the rules don't apply anyway, regardless of who's in charge!), They are focused on spinning and assisting the perpetrators, regardless of the scope or breadth of task!

As compliance with Cobb County Code was acknowledged but repeatedly challenged (LMHA et al v. Rice et al) in the case of the Rices property, it seemed unimaginable a mother and father of 3, simply obtaining approval to erect a fence from the assaults and organized illegal efforts of Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC) and their British Clients, along with the strange and inexplicable ties to Rep. Sharon Cooper, Senator John Wiles, and Rep. Earl Ehrhart, could evolve into threats by British Judge Adele Grubbs, to incarcerate law abiding citizens refusing to violate GA Law, but that is truly what we have lived. However you can bet the farm, it's NOT what you will read in the AJC or Channel 2 will cover!

Not even political stances addressing the overt political corruption and related judicial misconduct, will even see the literary light of day! When asked to submit comments to an AJC Candidate Questionnaire, both Taffy Rice for House 36 and Andy Rice for Senate 37, submitted pictures and responses to the AJC Request. But the AJC refused to print any of what Taffy had to say. When the questionnaire was published, all that appeared was Taffy's name. What is it the AJC did not want readers to see? To follow is the answer for ALL the WORLD to know. Here is my response to the AJC, who refused to publish the political stance regarding the overwhelming and oppressive political corruption and judicial misconduct every Georgian knows is occurring exponentially, followed by the originating email from AJC Reporter Valarie Basheda!

I thank you for your kindness, but am saddened and frustrated by the Atlanta Journal Constitution's effort, to cover up the crime and corruption my family has been targeted by and all Georgians are enduring. Freedom of speech and the press are tenets of our republic, democracy, or serfdom, at least in word, if as in this example, not in deed. But when asked to publish a candidate position, and then told we will NOT print what you say, one can easily see, how far we have fallen. I am greatly dismayed by the term "reframe", with regard to alterations of a candidate's position. Perhaps, being threatened with jail having ONLY abided by the law, as members of the judiciary break the law, should have caused me to expect this type of cover-up, but for the sake of my neighbors and children, I remain shocked and horrified.

Obviously, there is no TRUTH I can speak, that your paper prefers the public to know. Like the Marietta Daily Journal (MDJ), you prefer to "reframe" and choose words for candidates, citizens, and victims, thus further staining Cobb County/Atlanta/Georgia with the 'mark of the beast,' most people would concur, corruption is known for. I cannot condone the effort to silence TRUTH, and deny the facts or circumstances each of us know exist. My Mother taught me the importance of honor and discipline above self. And I have made EVERY effort to live that, despite the pain, deception, and misconduct others have directed at my family. But like Wendy Titelman, Marquitta Portman, Sara Tokars, Derwin Brown, and Leo Frank, I have learned ALL too well, how very few have the convictions of conscience to do, what they know to be right. And like the aforementioned, those who remain vigilante, all too often pay an unbearable price for others sins of omission.

Truly, I do not prefer to "reframe", as I am comfortable with TRUTH, despite the power and corruption my family has been victimized as a result of, for clearly it is NOT personal comfort or satisfaction, for which I have toiled these last 7 years, despite the escalating obstacles and overwhelming pain that overt and complicit fraud breeds. If you could tell me the specifics of what you find so difficult to read or reprint with regard to my properly submitted candidate questionnaire for this year, I will be happy to assess your point of view, as I would with anyone kind enough to provide constructive feedback.

I thank you for your time and consideration. However having seen the effort to suppress the replete land deals, political connections, family travesties, and the tyrant that our courts have become, because truth has been kept from Georgians and fellow Americans, who are made to fear basic human rights, I cannot contribute or participate in such an effort. To participate and protect those acting unlawfully in opposition to decent, law abiding citizens, who are kept from the fact that unconscionable acts, are through silence condoned, is a crime of complicity, I am unable to engage in.

Please let me know, if we can move forward from the requested and submitted questionnaire submitted to your paper for election cycle 2006. As a guardian of free speech with a mandate to serve the public good, I would prefer to work with you, but have as you can see deep and sincere reservations with regard to suppression of free speech and other related acts that serve to impose deception upon the public at large.
