President Bush Addresses the Nation

As President Bush addressed our nation this week, he stated as fact, "We are a nation of laws, and we must enforce our laws." My question for the President, Georgians, and ALL Americans is, who will enforce the 'rule of law' and when? In our current system, Judges are to obey the law and recuse themselves, if they cannot be an impartial trier of fact, but such does NOT happen in Georgia (GA) Courts (Cobb or Gwinnett Counties, www.ricegang.com). Due process is literally and absolutely not available to citizens, who are assailed by powerful and politically connected law firms.

And when a judge chooses to violate the rules of the Court, codified law, constitutional protections, and case precedence, the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC), nor the BAR will punish or address one of their own. In fact, Judge Adele Grubbs, appointed to the Council for Juvenile Delinquency Prevention by former Speaker Newt Gingrich, repeatedly violated the law to the benefit of the law firm Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC). And BCC in turn, donned Judge Grubbs, "Citizen of the Year".

When faced with overt criminal behavior penned by a sitting judge, Chief Judge James Bodiford, wrote he didn't see anything, subsequently transferring additional cases back to the perpetrator. Additionally, Judge Bodiford informed those in his court, that judicial immunity is the highest "law" in the land, though the concept is NOT law, but rather case precedence. Specifically, Judge Bodiford explained, no judge can be held libel or responsible for his/her decisions. As we would learn, the inclusion of judicial immunity and the 'Rooker Feldman Doctrine' in determination of justice, can overcome tenet issues such as RIGHT and WRONG. He himself, then announced a recess to retrieve a previously prepared order!

Though Judge Grubbs issued an Order on behalf a dissolved corporation (LMHA, Inc.) and 2 other organizations, owned solely by the Defendants, BCC sought to continue their fraud for 7 years. While Grubbs violations of law included ASSIGNING COVENANTS and RESTRICTIONS TO A DEED THAT BORE NONE, in violation of law and case precedence, no judge or court viewing the undeniable evidence, chose to uphold the law, including the GA Supreme Court.

Even Governor Perdue, who acknowledged the incredible and unlawful effort perpetrated upon the property owners of GA by Judge Grubbs and BCC, demanded such efforts could not happen in GA, and then followed his declaration by appointing a staff member to the Supreme Court and Chuck Clay of BCC, to a board focusing on child custody, along with Representative Earl Ehrhart, President of ALEC and winner of the Jeffersonian Award provided him in Texas by President Bush himself, (http://www.exxonsecrets.org/html/orgfactsheet.php?id=10).

Despite the falsification of documents by no less than 5 judges, and a host of elected officials, not 1 person has yet chosen, as the President says, to "enforce the law", including the aforementioned politicians. In fact, Governor Perdue on Thursday was honored at a GA BAR Association Luncheon like another Bush Supporter Senator Johnny Isakson, followed by a tour of WellStar (the hospital "network" represented by BCC), and then treated as a guest at the Marietta Country Club. Nothing like 'going along to get along'! So while Mr. President, it is my hope, we might TRULY be a 'nation of laws', GA property owners like my family, are still waiting for those charged with the duty to 'enforce the law', to step up to the plate!

But one question, Mr. President. Where do we as Americans turn when our legislative, judicial, and executive branches, have refused to 'enforce our laws'? I pray you might answer this question for my children, and restore to all citizens the God given rights, each of us deserve and must reclaim from a government out of control. When law abiding citizens are threatened by lawlessness perpetrated by those with a duty to 'enforce the law', where Mr. President do we turn? And please don't forget Sir, the world is watching and listening!!
