In assessing the state of our country and my own legal circumstances, the possibility of going to jail next Thursday, for having committed no crime, seems quite surreal.
As a result of opposing the sale of common property, owned by my family and neighbors to a foreign diplomat without our approval, along with the application of covenants to my deed, which possesses none, I found an eerie commonality with victims in Louisiana , whose property was taken from them, whose government put them in harms way, and who now are not those to be protected but rather targets of predatory influences.
And the latest default or ramrod appointment of a new Chief Justice, rings loud and clear to my family, as yet another sign of total control and the resultant loss of liberty via the Courts, .
What is it like to recognize the government, politicians, local officials, and protections you understand, were taught, and paid for all your life for, which should be the core of our constitution basis as a nation, do NOT exist, except for those who swear allegiance to the dollar, or even a secret society; basically the UNGodly, Buying Justice

Many authors such as, Ray Griffin The New Pearl Harbor and Robert B.Stinnett The Day of Deceit have sought to accurately pursue history, and in the process warn us of the lesson resulting from the 'Reichstag Fires'; So while Reichstag burned and should have created historical warnings for political diversions to come, 9/11 like Lousiana levies, brought death and destruction to a new height.
And as one Georgian mused, not only the South, but all of America truly seems to be burning. Enter the two ex-Presidents, who verbally called for the New World Order, Presidents Bush and Clinton;
Their newly formed of course bearing their names, should also send off alarm bells. As I listened to Jean Meserve of CNN reporting to Aaron Brown last week, breakdown crying upon hearing the cries of New Orleans victims, that went unanswered in the darkness of night, pleading souls abandoned by their own government whose person and property were not protected as they were not members of the 'right groups'.
Those cries of overwhelming fear and despair, my family understands. Being forced from your home for fear of your lives, is something we have lived with in the state of Georgia , for more than five years.
When Andrew Young a former Mayor of Atlanta and UN Ambassador, reminded Georgians that maintenance and upkeep of the levies, were never properly funded or attempted, he seemed truly agonized.
I prayed for God's mercy and 'Truth' to be the resultant gift from yet another tragic situation, borne by those who did not deserve to suffer
It is time, we must ALL face and address truth, if we plan to restore any civility to our republic or even survive. If you are bound by issue, party, or personal allegiance, remember that is what you will have to explain to your children during further loss or ultimately your Maker.
We like those in other states, have been attacked, harassed, threatened, robbed, and isolated, by those who have sought to deny the rights and privileges guaranteed by both the rule of law and our Constitution protections, from those with an oath to protect, enforce, and uphold.
But like the Holloway Family of Alabama there will be no justice to come from Judges who are not held accountable or preeminence afforded to less than powerful foreign interests.
Life, property, and person have no benefit, when bartered and brokered interests are at stake, with price tags most cannot comprehend.
In our personal and legal travesty LMHA, Inc. and the ACC of LMTHA v. Rice, I have seen and to this point survived a legal experience; that could have NEVER happened, IF one court or elected official had upheld the rule of law ;
Everything that was perpetrated in a property rights matter against my family has been accomplished by elected officials or officers of the Court, and is based upon unadulterated FRAUD
But not one person with a sworn duty or any member of the Court, demanded to end this clear travesty. So in the same light as those in Louisiana I too understand the losses of home, property, and family life, which can clearly be a well orchestrated and consuming effort by the properly connected.
To hear criminals were released into weary and worn refugees midst, having been herded into a stadium without basic human necessities, brought to mind images of historic Rome and/or the horrific days my children have laid witness to resulting from corruption and greed in the metro Atlanta area.
And when you speak with media, the Atlanta regional FBI Office, or any elected official, only to see blank faces and no action with regard to multiple and replete, felonious activities, one must ask, how can this happen here in the United States?
And part of the answer, can be well summed up by a thank you issued by the Rockefeller Family, key to the creation of the Trilateral Commission to name one of the many privileged organizations, (See 1991 Rockefeller quote noted below).
When my family was sued by a dissolved corporation LMHA, Inc. - a nonprofit corp, for covenants of another corporation LMTA, Inc. - a profit corp., which are not on our deed prior to 1991 or as of today in 2005, I remember thinking, THIS CANNOT HAPPEN
It was after my husband and 3 others objected to the mention that our common property would be sold by someone who lacked a legal right to do so, in opposition to our interests, and made available to a foreign diplomat (the Consulate of the Netherlands - Erik Vonk - a J. P. Morgan beneficiary), for pennies on the dollar without an appraisal, we were targeted in billing records on behalf of LMTHA, a third company we created to demonstrate the impossibility of such a 'legal' assertion.
And when the first judge, Judge Flournoy told the law firm of Brock & Clay to get yourself a Plaintiff , or he would throw it out, we believed 'Right Would Prevail'. However, the rules have never applied to Richard Calhoun or Brock Clay in any court of Georgia.
Instead, Calhoun added a second Plaintiff - the ACC of LMTHA - instead of substituting a Plaintiff, which at the time was a non existent entity
I wondered how incompetent any one person or organization could So my husband and I created both the ACC and LMTHA the second Plaintiff , to further drive home the fact, THIS COULDN'T HAPPEN
Five years later, I have learned the same thing Brigadier General Smedley Butler USMC learned, A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people.
Only a small group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.
Welcome to Rockefeller and Morgan South!. While a well connected law firm, Brock Clay, can violate every law, act outside court rules, and thanks to a British Judge Adele Grubbs, appointed to the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention by Speaker of the House Haster order a law abiding family to be incarcerated for refusing to violate the law ,what I understand and have laid witness to, are far different than when this nightmarish view of the '>new world order'began in 1999.
;And unlike perhaps other Americans, I understand what it is like to scream aloud on your own property as you are drowned by fraud and corruption, only to find extensive connections and access to the Halls of Congress and the White House, according to Senior Partner Chuck Clay's website.
His political and historical connections clearly paved the way to negate my property rights, access to the courts, and being afforded equal protection to person and property, which are not only unavailable but unequivocally denied.
If ever I understood the historical significance of any event and the underlying goals or efforts of such, examples like 'Crusade Freedom', 'The Rise of the Third Reich', 'The Great Depression', and the 'New World Order', solidify what I factually and clearly now know and have laid witness to.
Each of the aforementioned have resulted from economically engineered or generated circumstances not fiction or conspiracies, just as reinforced by countless authors, to include Gary Allen. None Dare Call It Conspiracy.
There is no loyalty or patriotism derived from blatant conspiracies! Here in Georgia, false documents have been submitted repeatedly in the Trial, Appellate, and Supreme Courts, but falsifications and willful fraud and corruption remain the order.
And yet the Governor for the State of Georgia, the Georgia Attorney General, the Secretary of State, Georgia Insurance Commissioner, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Legislators, Cobb County District Attorney, Cobb County Commission Members, the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and every Atlanta media source, have supported these acts through complicity if not direct involvement, perpetrated by the law firm of Brock; Clay.
Why? Neighbors have received multiple dues requests and threats from various organizations to date, and have been repeatedly intimidated with threats of litigation, harassment, and/or harm, by what has been accomplished against our family and property. But how? Look no farther than a number of Georgia Politicians and their benefactors.
Remember GATT, NAFTA, or the 'Contract for America'? It all began here in Rockefeller/Morgan South! People ask me constantly, how could such happen to you?
And my answer is, it's the connections!
When I learned of the association and control by the Georgia Board of Governors for the Georgia Bar Association and Brock And Clay, I began to see other related associations. Both senior partners have either a single or joint interest in control of 5 school districts and recruiting, the entire hospital network, the power company, the transportation department, major accounts such as Home Depot, an Atlanta Powerhouse, to name but a few, along with countless other connections.
For example, at a local level in every area, Mr. Brock has had direct involvement in either the acquisition, replacement, or firing, of repeated school administrators throughout the 5 districts his law firm controls.
Mr. Clay whose family history includes such travesties as, Leo Franks, Frau Ilse Koch, and Lucius Clay, a member of the CFR, CRUSADE FREEDOM not only openly asserts his political and powerful world connections, but has even physically threatened me at political outings, during his tenure as the former State Senator and prior service as the Head of the Georgia Republican Party During this same time period, Mr. Clay through legislation provided raises to countless county employees, which of course included Court Personnel.
However, no one benefited more than the Chairman of the County Board of Commissioners, Mr. Sam Olens, who received more than a doubling of pay and countless statewide appointments during his first year as Commissioner, a position in which he serves the legislative, judicial, and executive arm of local government.
So much for separation of powers! And of course, when President Bush visited the district, Mr. Olens was an invited guest. That's beyond the meetings with the President of all County Commissioners throughout this nation.
There can be no question, the cries of the people, the rule of law, and the basic requirement of protection for person as well as property, by those elected as representatives of the people or members of the Bar Association to ensure a process by which due rights and constitutional protections are guaranteed, are not being afforded the citizens of this state and country.
And as long as Natalee Holloway, Derwin Brown, Sara Tokars, Faye Yeager, Wendy Titelman, or the Rices can be legally or physically sacrificed for the sake of foreign interests or corruption, there can be no truth or justice. When heads are turned by the media, government, or Christians, Fascism and retribution will follow, those who choose capitulation and convenience, over truth and constitutional principles.
But for now, it is not the hand of the wicked perpetrators, who are punished. It is those, who reach out to regain some portion of their homes or lives.
And as long as the Courts are a place in which 'deals' are dispensed and development interests always reign supreme, there will be more disasters, travesties, or total losses.
We must speak openly and refuse to allow others to suppress history or information. It's time to mobilize property owners, families, and those with conscience, before you have no choice.
Are we to live as Americans or beggars fleeced by robbers? It is high time to separate the chaffe from the wheat?
No Elected Official, property owner, or family member should allow our country to be willfully imploded, or if such is your choice, remember not to cry when the desperation of joblessness, loss of property or person, or just the contribution to the new world order is requested from you and yours!
Instead of addressing justice, the responsibility of government, constitution protection of person and property or any critical/immediate need, remember the messages post 9/11 and now Katrina, by former Presidents along with other celebrities and all forms of media, 'Do nothing BUT send $ALL your money$ to the $Red Cross$

We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.
