| Sacramento, California - Governor Davis took an oath to guard the health and welfare of all California citizens and uphold the state and federal constitution. No man can serve two masters. Assemblyman Dan Hauser turned his back on all six million citizens in the common herd who living under De Facto governments in California to support the royal herd of CAI/CLAC lawyers who made a sport of unhousing homeowners.
Hauser won't sleep in the street like some the victims of HOA lawsuits because he has been well paid and protected with all perks for many years among well-heeled friends.
It is rather sporting for the Gov. to worry how Hauser can exist on less than $80,000 per year pension, since many of us on World War Two pensions live on less than $13,000 per year which is the poverty level.
The good book tells us hardship is the only way we can learn compassion and it is obvious Assemblyman Hauser did not learn any compassion because he refused to help millions of people with a family save the roof over their head.
If Hauser needs a handout I suggest he call on CAI lobbyist Skip Daum who licked his agriculture boots for years and awarded him with a nice complimentary certificate of appreciate for passing all those bills that enriched his trial lawyer buddies in CAI and CLAC.
After all, those bills help them foreclose on so many houses I am sure they have a few leased out he can live in cheaply as an award for his service beyond the call of duty.
If the Gov. has any spare time left from reading all of Willie Brown's trial lawyers sell-outs I suggest he read a publication called, "The Organizer" from the January 1934 issue of the Civil Servants Year Book. But just to show him how considerate I am I will quote the section Assemblyman Dan Hauser should get familiar with because it might ring a bell in his block head...
Quote.."Capital Must protect itself in every way. Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law by the central power of the leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.
This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capitalism to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expand their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd."...end of quote!
This Friday millions of patriots will honor POW/MIA Day. The POW/MIA who should be honored never served in the military. She was never captured by a foreign enemy. We know her name and identity but we were helpless to rescue her.
She flew a POW/MIA flag on her Rockinghorse Home in the Rockinghorse Homeowner Association in Tustin, CA - Orange County special).
Her name is Vera Armstrong Cherry. She escaped the Nazi that invaded her home in Europe during World War Two. She survived her childhood hardship of living a cld storage warehouse while the Nazi soldiers used her father's home.
Her marriage to Colonel Frank Armstrong was a dream come true. He brought his bride to the land of liberty in California...bought her a home in a gated community free of any invasion by the Nazi's. But not free of a deadly invasion by CAI/CLAC helpers.
Colonel Armstrong vanished in Vietnam. His sad bride flew the POW/MIA flag on her Tustin garage with a picture of Ross Perot, that said, "Not for sale at any price."
Perot was making trips to Vietnam searching for loss prisoners...he was her one hope she would know what happened to her handsome hero.
The HOA she lived in demanded extra dues once too often. This sharp, business woman asked the board to comply with the mutual benefit statutes and show her where all the money was going. She was merrily cleaning her floor when four men in white uniforms burst into her single family home, chained her to a gurney, sped away with the chained prisoner pleading for help. The guard in her gated community was told she had a heart attack to let them in without honoring the contract promise to contact the resident about to have a guest.
For three days she was held and tortured to establish she was incompetent to intimidate her into silence... She had two teenage sons without any parent at home waiting for a missing mother and cruel neighbors who told them, "your mother is a lunatic"...
No one came to her rescue. When she got released she was so terrified she could not live in that house or community....it was deathrow in her memory.
In contrast, Assemblyman Dan Hauser had the red carpet rolled out for him everywhere he went and his condo board treated him like King Richard...
The man with the golden pen who signed away the lives and properties of his subjects...to make life more pleasant for the CAI/CLAC lawyers.
Of course, he didn't notice the Federal Trade Commission had sued CAI for unfair business....a legislator has to give someone the busness, you can't please everyone.
Uncle Sam finally notified Vera Armstong Cherry they declared her husband legally dead...she would collect a small pension...not near $80,000 per year of course, but then she was taken prisoner in the California Mental Hospital so she should expect to help Blue Cross pay for her tender loving destruction.
I met one of the CAI lawyers named Mark Hopkins, in court with her when she had the strength to fight back. He boldly hopped on the case because De Facto governments have to survive to or all those FREE property tax dollars riding the gravy train will come to a dead end stop.
Of course, the trial lawyers will figure some way to justify passing a special bill so Assemblyman Dan Hauser can collect blood money because he did spare them the pain of blood, sweat and tears by supporting all their bills.
Thank you Gov. Davis for reminding me of the history behind the most tragic POW/MIA in California...If the Commissioner of the Fair Practice Political Act had any backbone, none of those bills would have been signed. I know you can't find time to read every single one of California's thousands of laws and heavens to Betsy, who would read one that outlaws any interested person from trying to influence the legislature on any bill that would grant them a financial or material interest?
Let me spare you the trouble of reading the fine print because Assemblyman Dan Hauser didn't read that either...I lived in CA when the golden boys of CAI/CLAC wrote the bill to use reserve money of HOAs for legal fees....but then even lawyers need a roof over their heads, and it's not their fault if they end up using a roof that belongs to someone in the common herd, is it?
Hauser once said, "Willow Vance stirs things up, " and I don't want to let him down, by getting senile to stir things up on his retirement.
I don't wish you any bad luck Mr. Hauser, but if the Gov. gives you a special deal I hope the good people of California will impeach him...so he will have a nice place to come home to. He will deserve it all the way, and I will roll out the welcome mat for him if happens...
IT's time for you boys to learn what "equal protection means" as Abe Lincoln once said, "You can fool some of the people, some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time, " and my grandfather told me, "Wildean...you weren't behind the bard when the brains were handed out in this family and I expect you to use yours so no one will pull the wool over your eyes." Sorry, Gov. Davis, I get so heatup down here in Dixie, that wool just plum falls off my eyes and there you are naked as jaybird trying to give away the cookie jar and leave all my friends in De Facto HOAs just a a few crumbs....
We have a lot of pork chop gang politicians here in Dixie too...but since the ole he-coon left us, we have been turning the hunting dogs on them to make the swamps safe for everybody...
All I know is what I read in the papers and on the internet, but it seems to be this world wide web is a lifeline for the common herd that is so heavy with victims, it might just break under the political goldbricks you are piling on.
I recently discovered most of the coast sits on a landslide waiting for a monsoon to collapse it, so just throw Hauser a Mae West Jacket in case he can't swim, and make sure the flood insurance is paid up because the chickens will come to roost and it'll be everyman for himself. Mother nature don't allow any honors and you better save that big pension you want to give away for repairs!
Your insurance commissioner Quacknebush didn't give a quack about the common herd that's why he let the insurance companies avoid paying for earthquakes...but you better reconsider your ways because the bigger folks are the harder they fall and I could swear you are at least a six footer...and so is Hauser. perhaps some of those North American Indians you chased out of town will save some space on the reservation and you can pitch a tent if you have a few beads to spare...
Wouldn't that be neighborly after all these years ....if you need help I'll put in a good word to my friend Chief Swamp...he lives in high water country above the flood and he might even welcome Hauser because he feels mother earth belongs to every soul...not just those pushing bills on capitol hill to raise some extra capitol from deep pockets of taxpayers.
I'll put you both on my prayer wheel, to show I have no hard feelings when it comes to forgiving those who transgresss against my friends...to err is human and to forgive is divine, but don't stretch my forgiveness too far because there are millions of poor folks in California without a decent pension and I know you don't want to be charged by giving ONE a fat pension when you never took the time to give the rest of them the time of day.... |
