Queensbury, New York -

"...absent an effort to seek enforcement through a federal court, IRS summonses apply no force to taxpayers, and no consequence whatever can befall a taxpayer who refuses, ignores, or otherwise does not comply with an IRS summons until that summons is backed by a federal court order…[a taxpayer] cannot be held in contempt, arrested, detained, or otherwise punished for refusing to comply with the original IRS summons, no matter the taxpayer's reasons, or lack of reasons for so refusing." U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit - Schulz v. IRS, Case No. 04-0196-cv - January 25, 2005

In my opinion, every single American should thank Bob Schulz of We The People website, for his courageous win against the IRS in the US Court of Appeals

For many years the mighty IRS has ignored every constitutional right to seize bank accounts, property and assets of citizens who were unable to hire professional help while millionaires like Marc Rich who got a pardon from President Clinton and the elite are able to hide funds in the Cayman Islands. Equal protection never existed for ordinary people..

Bob's masterful petitions and carefully argued court cases finally put this beast to rest . Every single homeowner who thinks his home should be his castle should join Bob's organization and ask his help to save their homes from unconstitutional seizures by Homeowner Associations.

Bob convinced the US Court Of Appeals to serve notice against the out of control IRS. He is a leader who can take this Homeoner Association property rights fight where it belongs - to the U. S. Federal Court.

Do you self and our country a favor and sign your support with We The People to organize a suit against the conspirators of property rights, like Community Institute Association (CAI) , The National Home Builders Associations etc. They have destroyed the homestead act and every property rights with adhesive contracts designed to bypass constitutional rights.

I have watched Bob as a leader for many years and signed his petitions for Redress on the Federal Income Tax, The Federal Reserve, War Powers Clauses and the USA Patriot Act.

We spent the last 30 years, crying, suing, pleading and helpless to stop Homeowner Association agents racketeering under RICO . Homeowner Associations are leaving more people homeless than any generation since the Native Americans Trail of Tears.

Read this case that Bob just won for all of us. Feel the joy of knowing he saved us from another Boston Tea Party. It's time to ask him to lead us in the fight to save our homes from Homowner Associations.

Saving homes is the business of America and the President brings it up in every speech but so far his actions don't match his words. Don't leave it to George... work with Bob Schultz at We The People to organize the battle for the restoration of your property rights.
