I believe in the American due process of law

Our forefathers who fought and escaped tyranny passed down to us our right to freedom and enjoyment of our property

San Clemente, California -

I am continuing the lawsuit with my Homeowners Association into the appellate court. I am going to press forward with the due process of the law.

I believe in the American due process of law because that is what we have as our right as an American. We have the right to freedom and enjoyment of our property. This right has been passed down to us through time from our forefathers that escaped tyranny.

They fought civil wars and created civil right laws to protect all the people. We hold our families and our sovereign land precious. We send our children to fight to their death for this. Only a hypocrite would back down from fighting for something that would take any of this from a fellow American.

I do not want to seem over patriotic, but I do pledge allegiance to our flag and for it stands for. I do believe that my association has acted wrongful because of it has been directed by some people that have made unfair and unlawful decisions.

Our law makers need to understand that an association is not like a corporation where if we don't like the way things are run we sell our stock and buy another stock. These are our homes, our land and our privilege.

We have the right to enjoyment and have already created laws and ordinances that protect all the people equally.

An association strips us of most of those government protections and puts the fate of our property in the hands of anyone that can act subjectively on anything we do. Due process of our dreams goes into thin air when a Board goes off the tracks and acts wrongful.
